Providing comprehensive maintenance services for day to day maintenance and petty repairs of buildings (B/R and E/M both) by attending daily complaints lodged by the users through IVS/SMS/Mobile phone or email and manual registering of complaints at complaint cells in the area of responsibility of GE Dehradun by developing tradesmen/labour equiped with all the resource requirement as given in different categories on daily basis. Notes: (a) The daily deployment tradewise has been given under each subdivision and the rate quoted shall be for each month for full set of tradesmen/labourers required on all working days except Sunday and National /Gazetted holidays as per the total resource requirement given including complaince of all provisions specified in schedule A notes and particular specifications. (b) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all provisions given in Schedule A notes and particular specifications. Nothing extra beyond the rates quoted shall be paid for complying all stipulations in tender documents. (c) The tools and plants for execution of work shall be provided by the contractor and the material for work shall be issued by the department at complaint centers as free for fixing. (d) Mop, brushes, floor cleaner, bamboo for drain cleaning complaint cell wise one towel size 300x450mm and hand sanitizer monthly in all Sub div & GE Office is to be provided by contractor. The quoted rate shall include above items. Also entry of above items is to be made in seperate register signed by Engg-in-charge, if not provided per day penalty of Rs 100 is to be levied on the contractor. 1.01. The details of bldgs and distribution of deployment comprising of Appx area as mentioned below : - (a) MES OTM Builtup area (i) CWE Office complex - 4000 Sqm (ii) Toilet - 06 Nos - 90 Sqm (iii) Open Area - 2000 Sqm (iv) Roads 200 Sqm Housekeeping for HQ CWE Dehradun office complex - 02 Per day

Material and labour for daily maintenance of plants, lawns, gardens and surrounding area, cutting/trimming of shrubs and tree branches by deploying following gardeners per day, complete all as specified in particular specifications and as directed at specified locations. The details of bldgs and distribution of deployment comprising of Appx area as mentioned below : - (a) MES OTM Builtup area - (i) HQ CWE Dehradun office complex - 4000 Sqm (ii) Open Area - 2000 Sqm Gardening, cutting of tree branches/shurbs within building permises including open area as directed. Gardner for Office building and open space of HQ CWE Dehradun - 01 No per day
