OD10432/2024-2025: Round the clock Operation of 3 Nos 110 TR Air cooled Chiller A/C plant, in the Super Specialty Block, Govt. Medical College Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram including rectifying minor defects which are noticed in the A/C system and make the system in good working condition at all time.This contract will not include supply of any components or spares. But the contractor is liable to engage his workers, round the clock, who must possess ITI certificate in the Trade of AC Mechanic, under Govt. of India(after studying full time regular course) and must surrender the certificate of the personnel before the agreement authority as long as he/she is engaged, and should be sufficiently experienced,Mininimum 2 years after obtaining the certificate and must be capable of replacement of any spares/ components supplied from the department. The contractor shall engage one number the said qualified and experienced A/C Mechanic in each shift.

OD10433/2024-2025:The Maintenance Contract (Six months) of one number of 110 TR water cooled DX Chiller includes:- 1. Check and render preventive maintenance service to all equipment every 3 months ie, two times through m/s Blue star limited 2.Attend all breakdown calls immediately Each service will include;- a.Checking the functioning of chiller units/AHU Unit/Pumps/Cooling Towers/Controls and all such equipment connected with the chiller machines b.Free replacing of defective/ worn out parts with new or repaired parts of Compressor/Thermostat/Cutouts etc. as required.. c.Repairing of equipment at site/Service station as the case may be d.Descaling of condensers /chemical cleaning of evaporator coils/replacement of pre filters. ,e.Checking of compressor for its proper functioning f. Annual pumping down and re-starting as and when needed. g.Checking of microprocessor control panel , Control boards ,transducers of packaged chillers/Condensing unit for their correctness and replace if necessary etc as per the Scope of work attached separately.
