M&L for raking out existing joint Sealant from expansion joints with using appropriate tools and mechanical means of joints of size 20-25 mm wide and 20 mm deep of sealant including taking out compressible backer rod of dia 25-30 mm ( total depth 45-50 mm) from top of pavements, cleaning the joints of sides, bottom and removing the loose particles of sealant, dust etc. with suitable tools and mechanical driven machine, drying the joints surface of moisture completely by means of mechanical driven air blower. Applying one coat of primer and insert compressible form backer rod, closed cell, medium density, putting polyurethane joint sealant of approved make in joints as per manufacturer's instruction Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for raking out existing joint sealant from Construction/ Dummy joints with using appropriate tools and mechanical means of joints of size 10-12 mm wide and 10 mm deep of sealant including taking out compressible backer rod of dia 12-15 mm (total depth 22-25 mm) from joints, cleaning the joints of side, bottom and removing the loose particle of sealant dust etc. with suitable tools and mechanical driven machine, drying the joints surface of moisture completely by means of mechanical driven air blower. Applying one coat of primer and insert compressible backer rod, closed cell, medium density, putting polyurethane joint sealant of approved make in joints as per manufacturer's instruction and cleaning the surface and complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to pot/ pin holes in existing rigid pavement of dispersal/ runway/ PTT upto 15 mm depth and area not exc. 225 sqmm, cleaning the pot hole with hand brushes or water under pressure and drying with compressed air etc. filling the pot holes with epoxy mixture of araldite and hardener, araldite 02 (Two) parts and hardener 01 (one) parts complete all as specified and as directed.

Manually removal/ cutting of vegetation and cleaning of sides of runway, PTT, Link and dispersal area incl. removal from site and disposed off within 50 m distance from the sides of runway, PTT, Link and dispersal area complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cutting out defective portion of existing rigid pavement with the help of mechanical means/manually chesiling, make regular shape size, depth not less than 25 mm from top surface of slab, removing all debries, loose particle clean the surface and to be cleaned with air blower. Applying a coat of primer uniformly on the horizontal and vertical faces with bristle brush after that the pre-mixed elastomeric concrete (self levelling) is poured on primed surface and finished by means of trowels and flats. The surface to be finished true levelled with existing adjoining rigid pavement. The mixing of materials for elastromeric concrete as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L roughening of existing rigid pavement with the help of mechanical means/manually chiselling and applying thin layer of elastomeric compound self levelling over cracks 1 to 3mm wide and wiped to fill up the all visible cracks over surface of slab after cleaning the surface with air blower over a coat of primer uniformly on the vertical faces with bristle brush after that the pre-mixed elastomeric concrete (self levelling) is poured on primed surface complete all as specified. The mixing of materials for elastromeric concrete as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting out /removal of existing (DAC,SDAC&DBM) surface of runway manually/mechanically , without disturbing the existing SAMI/DBM layer and removing loose particles/ debris for distance up to 1 Km and cleaning the cut potion with help of air blower, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying evenly with mechanical sprayer a priming/ tack coat of VG-10 grade bitumen @ 10kg per 10sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dense asphaltic concrete Gde-II (50mm thick of each layer consolidated thickeness) with PMB-40, 6.00% binder content of weight total mix laid, rolled and campacted to required camber and gradient to prepare unirom surface with vibrating roller 8 to 10 tonne power roller , complete all as specified and directed
