Supplying and laying of 2 core 16 Sq.mm Aluminium weather proof service wire i/c 1 No 14 SWG GI wires i/c suitable tying, interconnections etc., as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc., as required .a) 40 Amps 4 pole MCB

b) 63 Amps 4 pole MCB

Supplying and fixing of 4' 18/20W LED fitting suitable for operation on 240V, 50HZ AC supply including interconnection, testing etc., as reqd. (M/s Philips, CG or ss make)

Replacement of 42Ah, 12V battery in the existing UPS along with interconnections. (The old battery shall be offered in buy back)

Providing servicing to the UPS along with blowering the unit, checking of interconnections, tightening of bolts, cleaning of UPS etc as reqd

Replacement of 4700 mfd DC capacitor along with interconnections etc as reqd

Providing repairs to drinking water pumps by replacement of following items at staff qtr complex a) Rewinding of 3 HP monoblock pumps

b) S/F of 50 mm Brass foot valve

c) S/F of 25 mm Brass ball valve

d) S/F of 40mm x25mm Reducer

e) S/F of 40mm x 3" nipple

h) Attending Checking of existing monoblock motors breakdowns removing and checking of section pipe identifying of fault including testing

Rewinding of ceiling Fan motor along with dismantling of ceiling fan, transportation to workshop and reinstalling, checking etc as reqd.
