GRASS CUTTING TO EDGES OF RUNWAY AND TAXI TRACK OF BOTH RUNWAY, REPAIRS TO MONSOON DRAINS IN AIR FIELD AREA AND COVER SLABS AT AFS BIDAR.

Grass cutting on shoulder of the Run way taxi tracks, over run area and adjacent areas as necessary including cleaning away all grass, vegetation sapling shubs bush weed, undergrowth, roots tree n.exc 20 cm girth and removing rubbish etc., complete to a distance of 1.00 to 1.50 KM from the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - (i) Cutting and trimming of grass to 20 mm or less above ground level using mechanical grass cutter machine and manual labour. (ii) Minimum 5 Nos of heavy duty petrol brush cutter (Grass cutting machine) per day with operator is mandatory.

All as per Item No. 01 here-in-before but Grass scrapping and de-rooting the vegetation / Grass, creepers along the lights of runways to the width as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of concrete and applying one coat of white wash, all as specified and as directed.

Desilting in drains n.exc 1.50 m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Removing existing RCC cover slab of any size laid over drain and re-fixing the same in position and set in CM (1:6) all as directed.

Demolition of Brick work or PCC Block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillers etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles all as directed.

Precast cement concrete block masonry walling type C1 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggraegate, setting in CM (1:6) with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on PCC solid blocks masonry wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

75 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes Single socketed in any length in weep holes all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete drains cover slabs all as specified and as directed.

Providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for cover slab set in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcrment steel will be measured and paid seperately.

Reinforcement for concrete with mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, all as specified.

Reinforcement for concrete with mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, hooking end and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips, all as specified.
