The Service Provider must have satisfactorily completed parking fee collection services amounting to at least INR 37.34 lakhs

The Service Provider must possess a valid Registration Certificate from the Labour Department

The Service Provider must possess valid ESI and PF Registration Certificates

The Service Provider must have achieved a minimum financial turnover of INR 149.36 lakhs in at least two financial years between FY 2022 23 FY2023-24 and FY 2024-25

The Service Provider must demonstrate liquid assets and/or access to credit facilities of not less than INR 37.34 lakhs, supported by appropriate documentation (e.g., credit lines, letters of credit, or certificates from banks)

The Service Provider must possess a valid Company/Firm Registration Certificate
