Tender notification for procuring Human Resource services on an outsourcing basis through e-Procurement from Department Of Tourism Chickaballapur

A complete list of Human Resource services currently being provided on an outsourcing basis to Government Departments as of 31/03/2025, including the number of personnel and department details, must be submitted via an affidavit on Rs. 100.00 stamp paper duly attested by a Notary.

Self-attested copy of the Registration Certificate of the outsourcing agency/firm with the local body/authority, along with the Registration Number.

A certificate issued by the concerned District Labour Department confirming that no cases/litigations are registered against the service provider/agency.

Copy of the PAN Card of the firm/organization.

Elected members and blacklisted agencies are ineligible to participate in this tender. An affidavit on Rs. 100.00 stamp paper, duly attested by a Notary, must be submitted confirming that the agency is not blacklisted and that no complaints/cases are pending in any court of law.

Certified experience certificates from concerned authorities for providing services (such as Data Entry Operators/Computer Operators, Drivers, and Group-D staff) to other Government Departments for a minimum of 3 years must be submitted. This must include details of EPF and ESI deductions and payments made to the respective organizations as per rules.

Registration Certificate under the EPF Act, along with self-attested copies of payment challans for the months of March 2023 (FY 2022-23), March 2024 (FY 2023-24), and March 2025 (FY 2024-25).

Employees' State Insurance (ESI) Registration Certificate and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) obtained from the ESI Corporation for the year 2024-25.

Self-attested copy of the GST Registration Certificate and self-attested copies of challans/proof for GST returns filed for the last two years.

Audited Statement of Accounts for the last 3 years (2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25), duly certified and audited by a Chartered Accountant with a valid UDIN.

Details of the Total Annual Turnover generated specifically from Human Resource (Manpower) services for the years 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25.
