M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, laid in alternate bays , finished concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Material and labour 2nd class hard wood (Sal) plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue, pinned at joints complete all as specified.

Supply and fix for 35mm thick flush shutters, (factory made) solid core construction with particle board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both sides complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Factory made 35 mm thick 2nd H.W plain framed panelled shutters(any panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick B.W.P commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS :1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing. The door frame shall be tied to the wall using 75/100mm long MS screw as directed .

Supply & fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes of size 15 x 15mm for top and bottom rails and 19 x 19mm for stiles, MS frame covered with 5mm thick single piece extruded PVC profile 'C' channel having a 5mm thick PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement, forming stiles, and 5mm thick single piece extruded PVC profile for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side, and 10mm (5mm x 2) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of 5mm thick PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc all as per manufacturer's instructions and drawings as shown in SSR Part-I 2009 complete all as specified.

Supply and fix of 125mm long aluminium anodised extruded alloy handles fabricated type all as specified.

Supply and fix of aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section lengths of bolt 200mm all as specified.

S&F aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed, 300mm long complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs aluminium lock 4 lever for aluminium door complete all as specified. Make Godrej Narrow Stile Mortise Lock 4 Lever ( 9158 ) or equivalent as in the list of Makes.

S&F in repair for 6mm thick black felt for/beading for aluminium door complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repair aluminium (extruded section body) door closer hydraulically regulated(variant C680, for 05 lakh life cycle tested, suitable for door shutter upto 1100 mm in width and of weight upto 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified. Make: Godrej Cat No 8156 or equivalent as in the list of make.

Supply and fix as in repair for double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick extruded aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed all as specified Make: Godrej Cat No 8293 or equivalent.
