The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per clause 803 of MoRT&H specification (MoRT&H no. 8.13)

Providing and fixing in position 20mm thick premoulded joint filler in expansion joint for fixed ends of simply supported spans not exceeding 10m to cater for a horizontal movement upto 20 mm covered with sealant complete as per drawing and technical specification as per clause 2605 of MoRT&H specification (MoRT&H no. 14.18 (iii))

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles 200x300mm cofirming to I.S. 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approval make in all colors, shades except burgundy, bottle, green,black, of any size as approved by Engineer - In - Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 coarse and jointed with grey cement sullry, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Galvalume sheet:- Water Proofing Treatments Providing and laying hot-dipping process. Steel trademarked (Color Coated GALVALUME Steel complying to ASTM A 792) the metallic coating that is applied to a steel base sheet (Base Metal Thickness-1.00MM Tolerance as + /-0.02MM) used in the forming of metal roofing panels. Galvalume is an alloy with both zinc and aluminum in it & It a nutshell, the aluminum provides the corrosion protection and the zinc provides the durability. Transparent/translucent sheets of about 2% of total area of the roof and evenly distributed may be provided for natural light with sheet made of polycarbonate material (Poly layer) of minimum thickness 2 mm. The polycarbonate sheets of size 600 mm x 366 mm having thickness of 2 mm may be installed in the roof at a distance of 900 cm along the length of the building for natural light. The fixing of polycarbonate sheet shall be water tight and structurally sound. M.S. wind ties of size 40 x 6 mm may be provided on translucent sheets for structural safety/stability. (NS)

CREDIT FOR OLD USEFUL DISMANTLED MATERIAL: - Credit for old usefull scarified material from existing crust of road. Recovery Item:- The rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency. Material obtained from dismantling of existing brick work, bituminous layer and granular layers have been calculated taking assumption that 80% of theoretical material will be retrieved. The dismantled material can used in any of the item for the work after modification (bringing it to required specification) after approval from the employer. In case it is not possible to use this material on the work, the agency can take away this material. This material can be taken away by the agency at the price quoted by the agency but minimum price to be quoted is limited to reserve price as fixed and mentioned as under :- Bituminous Material @ Rs 1980/- Per Cum

Granular Material @ Rs 699/- per cum Note: All quantities of the above materials have been worked out on the basis of theoretical quantities laid on this road. However, agency may visit site before quoting rates and assess the extent of retrieved material. There shall be no measurement after actual dismantling and if material after dismantling is found on lesser side, no claim of agency on this score will be entertained and full recovery on the basis of quoted rate and quantity exhibited in the BOQ shall be made. The reserve rates are minimum rates to be used as base for quoting purchase rate by the agency. No rates below the reserve price will be entertained and reserve price will be considered for all purposes in case the agency quotes lesser than reserve price.
