Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.(Posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, roof coverings & wall

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for stone masonry walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, bulit in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Precast cement concrete type-C-1 block masonary with solid blocks 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified. and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in plinth protection including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth complete all as specified.

M&L for chequered cement concrte tile coloured 20x20x25mm thick with grey cement and pigment confirming jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor including laid over 15mm thick screed bed of CM 1:6. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block (colured) 60mm thick any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment including laid over 40mm thick comacted bed of fine sand. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-n-Charge.

M&L for 250mm thick or less air entrained PQC (Pavement quality concrete) work in road/hard standing of minimum flaexural strength 45 Kg/Sqcm (lower control limit) LCL after 28 days of pavement of slab using minimum 400 Kg OPC Grade-43 per Cum with not exceeding 19mm graded crushed stone aggregate confirming to IRC 15, including utilizing of plasticizer @ 0.8% - 1% of weighing of cement content or as per manufacturer instruction, mixed in batching plant transported to site, laid in panels spread and compacted with mechanical table vibrator, finishing the surfaces by belting and brooming without using extra cement etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Flexural strength shall be established by beam test and design mix formula should be compatible to IRC-44-2017 (b) All types of joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ. (c) Cost of any admixtures required to achive the desired properties of PQC shall be deemend to be included in the unit rate (d) Two coat of surface shield/densified as specified

M&L for forming 12mm thick Expansion joints with mechnical cutter and filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ in 200 mm thick concrete slab complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Precast reinforced cement concrete, type B-1,1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggreagate)as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces® set in cement mortor 1:4 , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs of mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length , bent to shape required including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends, binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia ,or securing with clips of Fe-410W(Gde.E250) quality -A or Fe290(Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:3) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 20mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor, drain hounching, benching, coping or similar works complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of specified colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof overing/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 0.63mm thick, galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with self tapping screw or L-type or J-type or crancked hook bolts and washers as in roofs, walls etc, with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F chain link MS galvanisd fencing, 3.15mm dia of wire and mesh size 100 x 100 mm including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair mild steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs of steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165 fixing complete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

S&F in repair galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking outjoints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surface and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pillasters etc. and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparing old plastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pillasters etc. and applying one coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over 10 cm width/girth including filling with filler where reqd complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of old painted steel surfaces and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint over 10 cm width/girth including filling with filler where reqd complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Credit Note:- The accepted amount will arrived after deducting the sch of credit amount i.e. 65,250.00
