Cutting in earth work all kinds of soils and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of any metres such as pick work , jumper work, pick work,pick jumper blasting work, blasting work in soft and hard rock conglomrate rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil including chiseling/wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out of watering/dewatering upto any lift stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layers when required into plinth sides of foundations consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge within any leads including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Random rubble masonry /polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement :Six sand : Twelve graded stone aggregate 20mm(Twenty millimetre ) nominal size at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand ) within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Square rubble masonary coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth in Retaining walls/Breast walls including rakingout joints in Cement Mortar 1:6 (One Cement: Six Sand) within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

C/o Dry rubble masonry in breast wall and retaining walls revetment walls and parapets etc. within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen millimetre ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. (Thirty x thirty x five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to all floor level and removal of same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement:Four sand:Eight graded stone aggregate 25mm(Twenty five millimetre ) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in breast and retaining walls etc. within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement: two Sand:four graded/crushed stone aggregate 20mm(Twenty millimetre nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-20(Twenty) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work. The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S. code and PWD specification . The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer-in-charge prior to the casting. The theoretical consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S. code upto floor all floor level. within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. i) Suspended floor , roofs, landing and shelves and their support, balconies, beams, girders,bressumers and cantilever upto floor any level.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : Three sand) within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (Design mix) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work. The mix shall be designd as per requirement of I.S code and P.W.D specification. The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer - in - Charge pior to the casting . The theoritical consumption of cement fot the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S code including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . a)Foundation, footing basis of columns etc. and the like and mass concrete .

Stone filling behind retaining wall with hard stone of approved quality within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

With ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead,Red-oxide/zinc oxide chrome within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt,dust and other foreign matter With ready mixed paint other than white within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter) sand papering and knotting Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink within all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new wood and wood based surfaces,with ready mixed paint,brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping Ready mixed paint other then white within all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Polishing two coats with french polish on new wood and wood based surfaces to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust,and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat on new concrete/masonry/asbestos cement/plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with Ready mixed primer within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including t horoughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth Priming within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm(Fifty millimetre ) thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement : three sand : six graded/crushed stone aggregated 20mm (Twenty millimetre ) nominal size) within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm (Seventy five millimetre ) thick (unconsolidated) bed of dry brick / stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size) with rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
