Excavation in foundation, trenches etcetera in earth work involving all classification of soil such as pick work, pick jumper work, blasting work, soft or hard rocks including chiseling/wedging out of rocks where blasting work is prohibited or any other mixed variety of intermediate soil, dewatering and removal of slush if arrisen during course of construction and lifts upto all heights including stacking the excavated soil not more than three meters clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm (fifteen centimeters) thick layers when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth within all leads,lifts by any mode of transportation and other incidental, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Any loss to the private and public property during course of construction shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement isto six sand isto twelve aggregate) graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty milimeter) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per approved specification and drawing including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (three decimal one five milimetre) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (thirty into thirty into five milimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in beams, cantilevers, girders, lintels, sides, and soffits of beams haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels upto all depths in all floor. Providing and fixing angle iron door , windows, clerestory window frame manufactured from M.S. angle iron section of 40x40x6mm (forty into forty into six milimetre)and 50mmx4mm (Fifty millimetre into four milimetre) MS flat in combination welded together to make one frame including hinges jamb, lock jamb, beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle 50x25 mm (Fifty into twenty five millimetre) welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means, lugs with split end tails to each jamb including steel but hinges 2.5 mm (Two decimal five millimetre) thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock observer as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of the surface. Providing and fixing 0.62mm (zero decimal six two millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet (IS marked Z-120) of TATA durashine/ sail/ Jindal over steel trussed in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating of back coat of polyster of 5 (Five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks,bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) diametres with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
