Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out soft/loose soil & getting out, complete all as directed.

Removing Surplus Soil to a distance exc 1.5 Km away but not exceeding 10.00 Km and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 Metre above the Starting Point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 10 Ton power roller including filling in depressions which occurs during the process of rolling to required gradient and camber complete.

M&L for 200mm thick Granular sub-base Grade II one layer on carriage way using single or graded rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as specified and directed.

Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per Table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge Works 2013, manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean crushed graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and directed

Providing and Laying Dry Lean Concrete (DLC) 150 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49.2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 MPA, minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in batch mixing plant, transported to site and laid by amplitude tamping bars of paver with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve smooth wheeled density not less than 98% of maximum Dry Density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Providing & fixing 400 micron thick HDPE sheet laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 300 mm Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field cube strength of 45 kg/sq cm or 4.5 MPa, aggregate gradation as per Table 40 of IRC 15:2017 coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone, minimum cement content 360 kg/cum, cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 micron, minimum tensile strength 2400 CN, maximum tensile strength 300 MPa and other requirements as specified; PQC laid, spread and compacted with fixed-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width, including texturing by Texturing Cum Curing Machine, curing as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10.1.4 and Table 9 of IRC 15-2017.

M&L for forming 20mm thick expansion joints 250mm deep filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade A, complete all as specified and directed.
