Notes: Drain and hardstanding though shown in the drawing shall be out side the scope of this item and shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Construction of Block of Guard House complete all as shown in drawing and as specified.

Construction of RCC Static Water Tank of 2.25 Lakh Litre capacity complete all as shown in drawing No. CEPZ/2022/DR/STR/01 sheet 6/6 and as specified.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XI (MISC B/R AND E/M WORKS)

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 10W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Havells Cat No LHEXACP7FN1W10 or equivalent model in Wipro/Bajaj/ Philips/ Crompton).

Supply and fixing LED Energy Efficient Security light fitting 20W, 220V with pressure die cast aluminium housing in heat resistance glass cover with IP 65 protection with and including all accessories prewired fixed on GI pipe and flat iron bracket with suitable clamps, nuts bolts and washers etc. complete including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size all as specified and directed. (Make: Wipro Cat No LR02-261-XXX-57-XX or equivalent model in Havells/Bajaj/Philips/Crompton).

Supply and Fix Street light bracket made out of GI pipe 40mm dia medium grade 1.2 mtr long, bent to shape as directed including MS clamps made out of 40 mm x 6mm flat iron as per shape required for fixing on poles/walls as required and as directed with and including all required GI nuts, bolts and washers etc complete and fixed all as specified and directed.

S&F Flame Proof Weather Proof metallic hose conduit 3/4" dia 300 mm long all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Wall mounted flame proof DB LM6, aluminium alloy, SPN 8 way 240 Volt including suitable brass gland and stopping plugs, copper bus bar of suitable size and CIMFR & PESO certified recommended for gas / vapour group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection consisting the following and including operating knob complete fixed on wall including grouting with suitable size of bolts and nuts on masonry wall / RCC members and fip glands all as specified and directed. Supply and fix Flame proof and Water proof LED well glass fitting of 72 Watt with aluminium die cast housing and heat resistance impact resistance toughened borosilicate clear glass 'A' type having anti corrosive epoxy powder coated finish complete, CIMFR & PESO certified recommended for gas / vapour group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 66 protection consisting including LED bulb, fixtures, holder, connector etc complete all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size, fixed on wall as per manufacturers recommendations, all as specified and directed. (Make: Shyaam Cat No SSPL/1233 or equivalent model in Sudhir/FCG/Baliga).

Supply and fix Flame proof and Water proof LED Street light fitting of 35/40 Watt with aluminium die cast housing and heat resistance impact resistance toughened borosilicate clear glass 'A' type having anti corrosive epoxy powder coated finish complete, CIMFR & PESO certified recommended for gas / vapour group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 66 protection consisting including LED bulb, fixtures, holder, connector etc complete all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size, fixed on wall as per manufacturers recommendations, all as specified and directed. Supplying, installing, commission and testing of factory fabricated, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, suitably ventilated, wall mounted, 230 Volt 50 Hz AC supply outdoor type enclosure, compartmentalised made out of CRCA sheet 2.00 mm thick, protection of enclosure IP-54 as per IS: 2147 of 1962 with pre-treated powder coated of approved colour including suitable frame work/support made out of angle iron and flat iron, front opening type, with provision for cable entry and proper ferrule and cable glands, internally prewired with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cables and shall be provided with and comprising the following, all as specified and directed:-

M & L Construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber 90 cm x 90 cm and 90 cm deep (internal size) (above GL 30 cm) suitable for fixing sluice valve, with 15 cm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 over 15cm thick hardcore of broken stones, chamber constructed with 23cm thick brick wall using old size fly ash bricks built in cement and sand mortar 1:4 and finished with 15 mm thick internal plaster including top of masonry and externally upto 15 cm below GL, plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement, 5 mm thick MS cover plate with 50mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle frame fixed in and including PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 coping with 25mmx6mm flat iron hold fasts, hinges, handles, locking arrangements and applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surface including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and disposal of surplus soil outside MD land etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying, testing and commissioning of UG LT Underground XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade of 35 sqmm 2 core confirming to IS-7098 Pt-I, including cable glands, cable lugs in LT panel / MDB in building etc. to suit the cable including material and labour for all jointing/connecting material as required, cable laid in trenches/walls/ducts/poles/under plinth floor passing through pipes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour HDPE DWC pipe ISI marked, fixed on wall, ceiling or in floor, trenches etc, for cable protection of size 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine for inserting 50 mm dia HDPE pipe complete all as specified and directed.
