Dismantling 160 KVA EA set at TE Payyannur after removing all the connections including outgoing cable, exhaust pipe lines, fuel lines, earth connections etc. and shifting the EA set to exchange premises and covering neatly using tarpoline etc complete as required

Dismantling and Transportation of the RTU type 60 KVA EA set with control panel, silencer, exhaust pipe, support for exhaust pipe, etc from TE Mambaram to TE Payyannur, loading the EA set in vehicle, unloading and shifting EA set to Engine room at TE Payyannur by manually moving, placing and positioning EA set on the plinth, installation, testing, commissioning etc complete as required. (Approx. 60 Km )

Supplying and laying PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured Aluminium conductor UG cable/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size 3 1/2 x 50 Sq.mm in surface/ trench/ loose in panel/ existing pipe etc complete as required

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

P/F 25 mm x 5 mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connections etc., as required.

Supplying and laying 16 sq.mm PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor cable for extending 2 Nos body earth connections including providing sockets at both ends etc complete as required

BTS AREEKAMALA

Transportation of the RTU type 15 KVA EA set with acoustic enclosure with all accessories from BTS Kanjirakolli to BTS Areekamala, loading the EA set in vehicle, unloading EA set at BTS Areekamala , placing and positioning EA set on the plinth, installation, testing, commissioning etc. complete as required. (Approx. 20 Km )

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and laying PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured Aluminium conductor UG cable/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size 4 core 16 Sq.mm in surface/ loose in panel etc complete as required

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Dismantling the existing instrument panel inside 15 KVA EA set, shifting of spare 15 KVA AMF panel available at BTS Pokkundu(approx.30 Km) and installing inside the 15 KVA EA set at BTS Areekkamala, giving all cable connections, earth connections, testing, commissioning etc complete as reqd

Supply and laying 10 core 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated and sheathed armoured copper conductor cable for extending safeties to the AMF panel, including giving cable connections, testing etc complete as reqd

Providing foundation for 15 KVA EA set with cement concrete of specified grade of 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 M sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm) (including the cost of centering and shuttering), excavating the soil to a depth of 15cm, leveling the ground, concreting, plastering the foundation etc complete as reqd. (Appro. size of foundation 2.1 m x1.1 m x 0.45 M)

TE PALLIKUNNU

Dismantling 15 KVA EA set with acoustic enclosure on terrace of (G+2) building at SK Complex Kannur after removing all the connections including outgoing cable, earth connections etc. Manually moving the EA set to side of the terrace and shifting the EA set Ground floor using crane/ Chain pulley block etc complete as reqd

Transportation of 15 KVA EA set with acoustic enclosure along with all accessories from SK Complex Kannur to TE Pallikunnu , loading the EA set in vehicle, unloading at TE Pallikunnu and shifting, placing and positioning EA set on the plinth, installation, testing, commissioning etc complete as required. (Approx. 10 Km )
