REPAIRS TO PUMP MOTORS PANELS AND DG SETS AT AHMEDABAD

Carrying out scheduled maintanence and servicing of all electro - mechanical machinery / panel of existing centrifugal, submersible, monoblock pump, motor and accessories of any type, any make & model in every day or when ordered including cleaning it's parts, removing corrosion, opening & refixing it, rectifying leakage due to loose nut / stud / gland packing / gland rope / star packing / clamps / washers etc of suitable size complete. Note : Details of maintenance should be recorded in register.

Dismantling, opening, rewinding and refixing induction motors of centrifugal pump set with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge and existing class insulation including superior quality varnishing, heating / drying coils, making connections from coil to terminal box, greasing ball bearings, spray painting with a coat of synthetic enamel paint, necessary mechinical works for shaft / bearing housing, transportation from installation to workshop & back, connecting, testing and commissioning at site for satisfactorily operation (Note :1- The work shall be carried out at Authrised workshop of manufacturer and bill to be produced to confirm the genuinenes) for the following:-

40 HP motor

30 HP motor

25 HP motor

20 HP motor

10 HP motor

7.5 HP motor

5 HP/3HP motor

Dismantling and taking down centrifugal pump set 20 to 40 HP capacity, 3 phase, 440 volts from foundation, disconnecting all electrical connection from induction motor, transportation from installation to workshop, renewal of u/s spare parts, re-assembling pumping set including testing and commisioning complete. Note :1- The work shall be carried out at Authrised workshop of manufacturer and bill to be produced to confirm the genuinenes. 2- Spare parts shall be measured & paid separately as supply only. 3- Work includes proper allignment of pump with motor .

S&F in replacement cast iron sluice valve class PN-1.6 ISI marked, both ends flanged, stainless steel spindle with iron wheel and necessary jointing materials, nuts & bolts, washers etc for making two flanged joints of following sizes :-

M&L in replacement for Construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber with 3 mm thick MS sheet cover and 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame embedded in PCC coping 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with locking arrangements of size 1200 mm x 1200 mm x1200 mm depth (internal size), brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, internal walls plastered with 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 and finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement, 40 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates in foundation 75 mm thick with and including necessary excavation & earth work in soft / loose soil complete.

Construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber with 3 mm thick MS sheet cover and 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame embedded in PCC coping 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with locking arrangements of size 750 mm x 750 mm x 750 mm depth (internal size), brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, internal walls plastered with 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 and finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement, 40 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates in foundation 75 mm thick with and including necessary excavation & earth work in soft / loose soil complete.

M&L in replacement valve chamber cover with angle iron framed works by welding angle iron framed works of size 40x40x6mm and 3mm MS sheets of Fe-410W (gde-E-250) quality-B, with handle and hinged at one side including applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer complete.
