Preparation of sub-grade by dressing to camber earthwork for cutting involved for subgrade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil completed as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Consolidation of Sub-grade with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and rerolling the subgrade completed as per HPWWD specifications and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approval material obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slopes and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 including haulaging of materials n all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge as per Technical Specification clause 303.1.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded materials, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specifications clause 401 including hauling of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in -charge complete.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre ) Grading-II 75mm ( seventy five millimetre)consolidated thick to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN (eighty to hundred) static roller in stages to proper and grade camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm(eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate 0.20 cum (zero point two zero cubic metre) and binding materials at the rate 0.06 cum (zero point zero six cubic metre)per 10 square merte (ten) and to fill-up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 by mechanical means andas per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in –charge complete.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 53mmto 22.4mm (fifty three millimetre to twenty two point four millimetre ) Grading-III75mm (seventy five millimetre) consolidated thick to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, using template, hand packing,rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN (eighty to hundred) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size11.2mm(eleven point two llimetre) nominal size at the rate 0.18 cum (zeropoint one eight cubic metre)and binding materials at the rate 0.06 cum (zero point zero six cubic metre) per 10 square metre (ten)and to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, atering and compacting to the required density as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 by mechanical means and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brrom and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORD technical specification clause 502 by mechanical means and including haul aging of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rates of 0.275 Kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying and rolling of open -graded premix carpet of 20 mm to thickness composed of 13.2 mm 5.6 mm course stone aggregate @0.27 cubic per 10 sqm mixed with 14.6 kg per 10sqm bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and hiting binder and agreegate in a suitable hot mix and laying with power furnished rolling with a three wheel 80/100 KN static finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of type B as per technical specification clause 508 including haulaging of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type B as per technical specification clause 510 (SS-II)(Viscosity) grade 10 @6.8 per 10sqm premixed with 0.06 cubic of fine aggregate per 10 sqm by mechanical means and rolling with power rolled roller with three wheel 80/100 KN capacity as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Earth work in excavation for structure in all depths as per drawing and technical specification for rural roads August 2004 clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all leads and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and w edging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) all earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width, camber, super elevation and levels as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for constriction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner treaming filling of unevenness cut materials in specified dimension or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge if the foundation of the structure is in area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be remove by suitable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to other public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the sole responsibility of the construction which shall have to be duly compensated by him on cost in all cases

Construction of unlined surface drain of average cross section area 0.40 sqm in soil to specified line grade level and dimension excavated materials to be used in embankment with a lift up 3 m and lead of 50m (average leads 25 m) as per technical specification in all leads and lifts and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( one cement : five sand : 10 graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm ( forty millimetre ) nominal size with 15% (Fifteen Percent) Plum and curing complete including the cost of form work for plain/reinforced concrete in foundation and substructure as per drawing and Technical Specification and curing complete including hauling of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated PCC 1:3:6 (One cement: Three sand: Six graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetres) nominalsize for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation and plinths or similar works complete as per Clause 802, 803,1202 &1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling of materials through all modes of transportation with in allleads and lifts and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated PCC M-15 nominal size 1:2:5:5 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size for plain concrete in foundation and plinth or similar works complete as per drawing in all leads and lifts and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone masonry work in cement mortar in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 702, 704, 1202 and 1203 Random Rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:5 (One Cement : five sand) and curing complete including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone masonry work in cement mortar in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 702, 704, 1202 and 1203 Random Rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6(One Cement : five sand) and curing complete including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying flooring laid over cement concrete bedding complete as per drawing and technical Specification in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) including curing and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of The Engineer-In-Charge complete.

Providing and laying back filling with boulder stones as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600mm(six hundred millimetre)with similar size towards the soils and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment wall return walls, to the full height compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification Rural Road including the cost of form work and hauling of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 900mm diameter pipe NP2 including joining for culverts on Ist class bedding of granular materials in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement : two sand) but excluding excavation, protection work, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets clause 1108 including curing and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of The Engineer-In-Charge complete.

Construction of dry rubble masonry for stucture like retaining walls, breast walls,toe wall revetment walls and parapets and similar works etc in all height structure complete as per drawing and technical specification for rurals roads August 2004 clauses 702,704,1202and 1204 including the cost of formwork and hauling of materials through all mode of ransportaion within all leads and lifts as per direction of The Engineer-In-Charge complete.

Routine Maintenance after completion of construction work as per terms and condition of bid document that is 4 (vi) of contract data to general condition of contract and technical specifications of Ministry of Rural Development for rural roads August 2004 (Two Thousand Four) for rural roads including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.- Routine maintenance for 1st Year
