Comprehensive Annual Maintenance including routine maintenance of Swerage treatment plant of 300 KLD capacity based on SBR technology installed at BEL Kotdwara Scope of CAMC includes the following: A. Preventive maintenance of the submersible pumps, blowers, motors, premier tech make decanter,diffusers, all type of sensor, alpha level decanter for sludge, PLC SCADA (including updation as per the system requirement), control pannel, ozonator and its accessories and all other machineries, electrical, electromechinacal , mechanical parts and equipments asscoicated accessories of STP plant as per the inventory. CAMC includes servicing of all installed blowers, blower belts, cleaning with chemicals, ckeaning and disilting of sludge drying and refilling a, periodical back washing of filters with required solution and fixing of ACF and PSF filter media, including disposal of existing media and refilling the fresh media, replacement/ repair of various electrical items like indicating lamps, meters , wires, cables ,MCCB,mototrs, pump sets servicing of pumps including rewinding of motors etc, checking leakage from glad packing of pumps and replacing the same, checking and lubrication of all bearings and replacement of defective bearings, checking of all pipes, valves, joints, strainers, handles etc and repair of all as per the site requirement including repairing, servicing & replacment of defective/ worn out electrical , electromechanical , mechanical parts and equipments and associated accessories of STP plant as per the inventory, Calibration including minor repair of pressure gauges used in the treatment plants other lab instruments and as per terms &conditions. B: Supplying of all types of consumbables items like Supply of Liquid Hypo Solutions-45 L per month, Urea and DAP -30 Kg Each and Jaggery 50 Kg per Months as required for the dosing in aeration tank for necessary nutrient and culture growth and to maintain proper MLSS in the areation tank etc. complete as reqd. Supply of Liquid microbial inoculants for the removal of foul odour from the STP and to maintain proper MLSS in the creation tank etc. complete as reqd. required for the STP system in functioning and keeping the machinery in good working conditions C: Minor breakdowns includes repair and replacement of followings: Hose Nipple, Hose Clamp, Hex nipple, Collar, Flange, bend, Tee, short bend, Butterfly valve (repair only), GI Air outlet valve, FTA, V- belt, Star bush, Bearing (Make :SKF/ FOG/NBC), Foot leather flap, Rubber gasket, Paper gasket, Gland Rope, Ball valve, oil seal, bush, shaft key, nuts, bolt, fitting appliances, fuse and connectors, diffusers, Pipeline leakages including CPVC, PVC, GI and MS. Above stated items are indicative only and any other minor maintenance required for operation of plant will be contractor scope of work Above stated items are indicative only. This is based on site condtion and anticipation of unforeseen miseclleanous repair and maintenace required for operation of plant which will be contractor scope of work. D: Major break down includes failure of Gear boxes, blower due to lobe/shaft concern, submersible pumps, motors, replacing of damaged pipe, fittings and valves for suction and delivery pipe, steel structure, transformer, circuit breakers, civil structure, flow meter, blowers, Centrifuge, capacitors, agitator, sensors etc., Above stated items are indicative only. E: All lab chemicals, consumables etc., required for testing pH, TDS, BOD, COD, TSS, TP, TN, fecal coliform & residual chlorine and other parameter defined by state/central pollution control board shall be arranged by contractor during O & M period. The above scope is indicative only, the work includes complete CAMC of the complete equipments installed in the STP plant.

FOR FIRST YEAR: Daily (24X7) Operation of Sewerage treatment plant of 300 KLD capacity based on SBR technology by treating domestic sewage generated from BEL factory and colony to meet the quality of treated sewage as per the standard of UEPPCB/CPCB/MOEF/NGT and prescribed in the SCC. The various unit operation required to carried out are main pumping station inclusive of receiving chamber, coarse screen,& raw sewage sump, Primary treatment units ( inlet chamber& fine screens), grit chamber, Oil and grease trap, equalization tank, SBR basins, sludge sump, collection sump, chlorination contact tank, clear water tank, testing lab including cleaning of all units as directed by engineer-in-charge, carrying out continuous flow measurements of treated and untreated sewage and recording the same online/offline. The operation also includes daily cleaning of screens and disposal of floating matter, housekeeping work of the buildings roads, taking out sludge and cleaning of all tanks as per the terms and conditions including collecting samples of influent and effluent and analysing them daily to determine the quality of the sewage and performance of the treatment plant and carrying process to control parameter as required in laboratory as per the terms and conditions.
