REPAIR/MAINT TO WATER TREATMENT PLANT AND OTHER PUMP/MOTORS INCLUDING ITS STARTER PANEL BOARD UNDER AF STN PHALODI

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes or for laying underground cable, pipe lines etc. in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Any excavation in SDR/Loose soil/PCC/Hardstanding/Interlocking tiles/Bituminous pavement shall be carried out by manual mode only irrespective of Tech/Residential area. In case of mechanical excavation engaged by the contractor, any fault due to rupturing of communication/power/any other utility lines shall be rectified by appropriate joint as per direction of Engr-in-Charge/GE/Stn Auth as deemed fir and no extra cost will be paid in this respect.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in soft / loose or hard dence soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & spread unwashed dry river sand for sand cushioning and covering the under ground cable in trenches. (Note :- Punning thickness shall be measured.)

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm across the cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning LT XLPE insulated armoured (heavy duty) electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade (ISI marked) & laid in trenches/pipes of 70 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Cable may be laid in trenches, under road, across the Nallah, along poles/walls and ducts etc. (ii) Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, cable cover, pipe for cable protection to be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning LT XLPE insulated armoured (heavy duty) electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade (ISI marked) & laid in trenches/pipes of 50 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Cable may be laid in trenches, under road, across the Nallah, along poles/walls and ducts etc. (ii) Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, cable cover, pipe for cable protection to be measured and paid separately.
