Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth within the site premises, disposed soil to be leveled and neatly dressed.

Felling trees of girth ( measured at a height of 1 m above ground level), including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots, also cutting the trees into pieces to facilitate transport and staking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material upto a lead of 1 Km, etc., complete all as directed by MFL. a) Beyond 30cm girth upto and including 60cm girth

Banking / filling with CNS SOIL / Moorum, (satisfying CNS Properties) having obtained from borrow pits outside the Factory premises at the cost and arrangement of the contractor including transportation , loading , unloading and spreading in layers not exceeding 200 mm in depth, breaking clods, watering, (rolling each deposited layer with 8-10 tonne mechanical Vibro roller to achieve required gradient and camber ) Ramming by hand rammer (where ever area is not available for compaction by Mechanical Vibro roller) , including necessary soil test /core test, a) Filling with approved Moorum / Gravelly Soil

Supply, diluting and injecting approved quality chemical emulsion for PRE-CONSTRUCTIONAL Anti-Termite Treatment and creating a continuous chemical barrier (Only ground floor plinth area of the building will be measured for payment).

Shuttering - Providing, installing & removal after completion of Shuttering in foundation and super structure.

Supplying and filling crusher sand / M-sand (6mm downwards) up to any depth under floors, around foundations plinths etc in layers not exceeding 200 mm thickness and compacted so as to achieve at least 95% relative density as per IS 2720 including spreading, watering, compaction dressing., royalty etc all complete

Providing and laying plain cement concrete M10 Grade including shuttering if required in leveling courses under foundations, pipelines, pits, under floors etc., complete at all levels and locations as directed by MFL.

Providing , Fabricating & fixing in position reinforcement for RCC work with Thermo mechanically treated (TMT) bar of various diameters and grade of steel as specified below conforming to IS specification including cutting, , bending, hoisting, fabricating and placing in position according to drawings and binding the reinforcement with GI annealed binding wire in two strands of 18 gauge and providing PVC / Cement Concrete cover blocks for placing the reinforcements in position and for maintaining the cover specified and/or according to relevant IS. Authorized laps and splices, chairs of any shape & profile, Spacer bar of any shape & profile only will be measured and paid separately. All complete as directed by MFL. a) TMT bars of grade Fe-500 conforming to IS - 1786/85

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of size 0.3 x 0.6 m as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Providing and laying roof tiles (as per approved pattern 10 - 12 mm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound, laid over a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete. Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed windows/ ventilators comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of MFL. (Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant shall be paid separately). Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Fixed window / ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm & mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area upto 0.75 sqm.)

(Area of door above 2.00 sqm upto 5.00 sqm)

Supply and laying of bio septic tank of 10,000/- liters capacity. Including excavation line connection from toilet, necessary plumping items, complete all as per instruction to MFL.

Supply/ Installation / Construction of western toilet complete set with trap / pond /sewer piping upto the exterior with in battery limit (septic tank), as per drawing, along with 2 urinal stations with 2' * 1' non-metallic louver accommodating 150mm exhaust fan in it. (Include Supply and installation of 2 nos of PVC bathroom doors & partition in scope). Brand : Parryware / Johnson / Hindustan / Equivalent – Colour : White, 2 Urinal, 1 Wash basin, 1 EWC including all SS taps, pipes & fittings (as per the Institution of EIC) S.I.T.C of UPVC concealed plumbing for the above toilet, urinals, wash basin, along with water tap set 3 nos, health faucet 01 no., 6 hook SS dress hanger 01 no, SS towel ring 01, acrylic / PVC soap tray 01 no. along with required quantity of angle cocks / bib cocks / isolation ball valves etc.

Supply, Fabrication and erection in position of the above structural steel items including aligning, and leveling. Specially embedded plate should be fixed properly including leveling, straightening, cutting, welding, bending to shape, bolting and painting works (Primer 2 coats of high build Red oxide Zinc Chromate primer, Finish coat -2 Coats of Bus green enamel.) The rate shall include the cost of all materials including consumables, labour, tools & tackles, crane hiring charges, scaffolding, wastage etc., as per the design. No extra on this account will be paid for. The rate shall also include preparation of fabrication shop drawings for MFL's approval, Design check certification of structural sufficiency issued by the reputed structural engg. consultancy, complete in all respects.

Supply and laying of Precast RCC compound wall with slab size 300mm X 2100mm X 50mm, column 150mm X 150mm for the height of above 8 ft above NGL. Complete as per instruction of MFL.

Prepare any surface by scrapping, sanding, cleaning or other means and apply : Precast RCC compound colour wash

Supply, fabrication and erection of extracted rolling shutters confirming to IS 6248 of size 3000X3000 mm, the rate shall include all necessary rails, lock plate guiding channels, fixing cleats etc, all complete mechanically gear operated.
