1	Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the Terminal Building announcer sign "SURAT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT" in trilingual format (Gujarati,Hindi,English) with the AAI logo on either side, complying the following particulars, including all T&P required for installation such as Hydra, crane, scaffolding, etc. of suitable height (approx. 20 m), as per the technical specifications and site requirements, complete in all respects as required and specified: 1. Letter Height- 900mm 2. AAI Logo Height - 1800mm 3.Letter face- White translucent 040 with 5mm thick acrylic face. 4. Back channel - 100mm deep with suitable size and thickness aluminium channel for housing the front acrylic, driver/controller and LEDs as applicable. 5. Mounting Spacer/ Support structure - Suitable mounting structure/spacers/supports shall be provided for mounting the entire text "SURAT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT" in three languages, along with the AAI Logo on either side of the text, by utilizing the existing mounting structure. Suitable additional structure, wherever required, shall also be provided/installed after designing the same and complete as required. The trilingual signage structure shall be rigidly mounted perpendicular to the existing roof structure and shall be capable of withstanding all time prevailing wind conditions at Surat Airport. 6. Illumination : All internal illumination shall be carried out by Power LED Lights having sufficient number of LED module not less than 1.5W per module including suitable capacity electronic controller/ driver, evenly spreaded to achieve the uniform illumination without hot/dark spots. 7. Bird Spikes - UV Stabilized, extreme temperature proof transparent 75mm high polycarbonate bird spikes mounted above the entire trilingual signboards as required Note: Refer given drawings at page no.198-199 of the tender document	1	Job	-	-
2	Dismantling and shifting of Existing Fascia signage "SURAT AIRPORT" provided in trilanguages along with Logo on the rooftop structure (approx height of 20m) of existing terminal building by using Hydra/crane/scaffholding of suitable size & capacity, safe for technican working at site etc as required including transporting to AAI store complete all as specified and as required.
