Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil, each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, incl returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm around foundation concrete as ordered, watering and incl removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes or for laying underground cable, pipe lines etc. in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete Design Mix M-25 as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundations beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc, basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete Design Mix M-25 as in columns, pillars piers, posts & struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Form work (fair finished surfaces) to sides of concrete foundations, column footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of plinth beams or other similar works, vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Form work (rough finished surfaces) to sides of columns, pillars, piers, posts, struts, boundary pillars and stanchions etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, slabs, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to TMT bars complete all as specified and directed.

~Ditto~ all as per item No 11.00 (here-in-before) but 5 to 10 mm dia mild steel TMT bars as in stirrups, spacers and binders etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other section with gusset plates, rails braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (excluding of steel sheeting or other covering running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing, conforming to Fe-410W Grade-E-250, quality-B complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 12cm long and dia of neck exceeding 5mm but n.exc 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts ; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel as in bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel round bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape and provided as support to chain link fencing including necessary welding, riveting etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing made out of MS galvanised wire 3.4mm dia, 100mm x 100mm mesh size complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained through board of the Officers as ordered by GE.

Fixing only chain link fencing & including line wires, any mesh, size and any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. & including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply only Chain link and line wire shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this BOQ.

S & F of galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for erecting of 610 mm dia punched tape concertina coil fencing, stretches along with two lines for RBT (supporting wire of the same material as concertina coil) having stranded specifications, average weight not less than 1.06 Kg/RM & including coating of px2 compound (Anti Rust) and fixed in angle iron brackets on compound/security wall with and including using necessary scaffolding along the length of wall, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over & including a coat of suitable primer, complete all as specified and directed.
