Excavation in foundation trenches etc. all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work ( both soft and hard rock)and shall be excavated with chiselling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) or in any intermediate classification of soil in dry or saturated condition including timbering, shoring, strutting, pumping or bailing out water including stacking the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer - incharge and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm ( fifteen centimetre) layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus unserviceable excavated earth and stacking of all serviceable material as directed by the Engineer Incharge including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In gratings framed guard bars,ladders,railling,brackets and similar works. including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mmthick in eaves board/ facia/ soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely)

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm (Sixty centimetre)overall with 0.60mm (Zero point sixty millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 (Twenty)microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating plus back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charges.

Providing and fixing 15cm (fifteen centimetres) wide 45 (forty five centimetres) cm overall semicircular pain G.I. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size bolts and nuts and washers etc. including making design, 0.63mm (zero point sixty three milimetres) thick sheet. including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing flushing 38cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia meter & prepainted G.I. limpet & bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement: two sand: four graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty milimetre nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: Foundation and plinth: including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position upto floor to all level complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Kota stone slab flooring 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab rubbing and polishing complete. 25 mm thick. including including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement:Six sand : twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 40 (forty) milimetre nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in :-Foundation and plinth including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in :-Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) Second Class Bricks including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete.100 mm ( one hundred milimetres) dia pipes including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-plast) accessories for rain water pipes including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete PVC plain bend 100mm ( one hundred milimetres) dia including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing valley 60 cm (Sixty centimetre) overall with 0.60mm (Zero point sixty millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charges.
