Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stonework built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings ,dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and stacking the serviceable materials within 100m and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces, depth exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm deep and area not exceeding 400sqm all as specified and directed.

150 mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stones, deposited, spread, leveled in one layer, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

Wet mix macaadam (WMM) 150mm thick (Compacted thickness) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate using stine dust as binder (As per Design mix) using aggregate of Granite, trap or Basalt of best quality locally available spread and rolled with 10 to 12 tonnes power roller, consolidated to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally the cleaned surfaces with power sweeper or compressor to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen @ 10 kg per 10 sq metre of road surface, laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% bitumen binder content by weight of total mix using 20mm crushed stone aggregate, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne vibrator power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be mixed in automatic temperature controlled hot mixing plant, transported and premix carpet shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver, rolled with vibrator roller.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with power sweeper or compressor to remove all loose dirt etc., applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen at 5 kg per 10 sq metre of road surface, laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% bitumen binder content by weight of total mix using 20mm crushed stone aggregate, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne vibrator power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be mixed in automatic temperature controlled hot mixing plant, transported and premix carpet shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver, rolled with vibrator roller.

Providing premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness measured) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bituminous macadam shall be mixed in hot mix plant, transported and shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver, rolled with vibrator roller.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand and locking with and including PCC 1:2:4 (Nominal Mix) type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles, homogenious texture glossy finished , chemically coated machine pressed 30 cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment and including 20 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Shade/design//Colour of tile shall be approved by the AGE(I).

75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ( nominal mix ) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, and other similar works including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork where required complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

RCC 1:2:4 ( nominal mix ) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

Use & waste of form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide for rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and soilidly hearted built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

Marking lines, dashes, arrows etc of width 10 cms on black top/ concrete surfaces of road using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint 2.5 mm thick (white/ gold, yellow) mixed with radium glass beads @ 250gm/ Sqm with automatic machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approx temp being 200°C at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign material complete all as specified. Note:- Road marking lines at the centre of road shall not be continuous, whereas the lines at outer sides of road shall be continuous i.e in one length.

Reflective type cat eye having colour red/yellow to a side, cast aluminum alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with built in steam of suitable length for fixing with protected inside, fixed in repair as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Supplying and fixing ACP sheet Retroreflective writing on one side, regulatory sign/information board of size 900 mm x600mm, made around of reflective intesive tape dult fixed on angle iron frame 40x40x4mm duly painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) with of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet on both sides (back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat) , fixed in poistion complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note : The Quoted rate includes for PCC 1:4:8 for Post, PCC M-15 200 mm thick platfrom of size 1.5 mtrx0.9 mtr, Necessary excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus soil.
