Distempering one or more coats on old work with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etcetera complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm (one millimetre) , of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ (at the rate of) 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (zero point nine zero litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ (at the rate of) 0.75 ltr/10 sqm (zero point seven five litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing second class deodar wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory,windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm (thirty five millimetre) thick second class deodar wood wire gauge shutters using galvanized MS wire gauge of IS gauge designation 85(eighty five)g with wire of dia 0.56 mm (zero point five six millimetre) for doors windows and clerestory windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with white solid plastic seat and lid, 10(ten) litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Anglo Indian vitreous china wash down water closet (European type W.C. pan) with integral P or S trap including jointing the trap with soil pipe in cement mortar 1:1( one cement : one sand) (seat and cover to be measured and paid for separately) complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Chromium plated brass soap dish with C.P.brass brackets fixed to wooden plug with C.P. brass screws complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 15mm(fifteen millimetre) nominal bore C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality confirming to IS 8931 complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
