Providing and laying dry lean concrete (DLC), 150 mm thick of M-15 (Design mix), compressive strength not less than 10 MPA at 7 days for each consecutive group of 05 cubes or individual strength of cube shall not be less than 7.5 MPa at 7 days over a prepared sub grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS-383, size of aggregate n.exc 40 mm (grading and other parameters as per table 600-1 of MORTH, IRC SP : 49 specification), design mix, minimum cement content shall not be less than 150 Kg/cum mixed in batching plant, transported to site in tippers laid with paver including spreading and compacted using 8 to 10 tonnes vibratory roller including necessary form work, finishing etc complete all as specified and directed .
Supply and laying Polythene film 400 micron thick (virgin quality) of weight 390gm/Sqm antifriction layer on the base course complete as per specification with specified overlap between adjacent strip and transverse joint etc complete all as specified and directed.
Material & Labour for forming 20mm thick expansion joint in concrete slab, for full depth of PQC or concrete slab (average slab thickness 250mm) filled with 20 mm thick pre moulded compressible polythelene closed cell type filler board as specified and applying closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polythene foam back up rod of 25 mm dia, over filler board, priming top 12 mm with approved primer and filling with polyurethane / polysulphide base sealant, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant all as per the directions of the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for forming 20 mm thick expansion joints for 320mm slab thickness filled with pre-formed bituminous filler board and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade ‘B’ all as specified and as directed.
Material & Labour for forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide (using high RPM diamond bit cutter) filled with closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polythene foam back up rod of 12 mm dia, applying bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint, priming top 10 mm with approved primer and filling with polyurethane base sealant, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant all as per the directions of the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed..
M&L for forming construction joint 30 mm deep and 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade ‘B’ all as specified and as directed.
Material & Labour for Forming dummy / contraction joint 75 mm deep x 10mm wide, using diamond cutter with closed cell medium density, cross linked polythelene foam back up rod, 12 mm dia, applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joint, priming top 10 mm with approved primer and filling with polyurethane base sealant, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant complete all as specified and as directed. Material & Labour for Painting line dashes (continuous / un-interrupted), arrows letters on pavement of runway exceeding 10 cm width with hot applied thermoplastic road/runway marking materials all as specified in clause No 803.4 of MORTH specification white or golden yellow (IS Colour No-356) over a coat of primer complete using road/runway painting machine including preparation of new concrete/bituminous surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
Material & Labour for 150 mm thick GSB (Granular sub base) (as per table 400-1 of MORTH, IRC specification) over compacted sub grade with stone aggregate of specified grading as specified, rolled and consolidated as per required gradient and camber completed all as specified and directed.
Material & Labour for 150 mm thick in two layers, 75 mm thick each layer (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) (in two layers; compacted separately) (as per table 400-11 as given in MORTH, IRC specification) with crushed stone aggregate of specified grading, spread, rolled & consolidated using power roller exc 8 tonne but not exc 12 tonne as specified to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

(Thickness of concrete shall be varying from 250mm to 320mm. For parking area thickness shall be 320 mm and for Helipad / Hard standing thickness shall be 250 mm). (Notes:- (a) All types of joints shall be measured and paid for separately. (b) No deduction shall be made from concrete for space occupied by construction and dummy joint. However, deduction shall be made for the space occupied by expansion joints. (c) The non-circular fibre synthetic reinforcement mixed with concrete shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. M&L for Brick work with well burnt brick, Sub class ‘B’ brick, best quality locally available, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.
M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for making good of DLC concrete cracks, joint, pot hole stuffer in slabs (exposed rigid pavement) by 'CONCRETE FLO' streaming concrete crack stuffer complete, make as approved by AGE (I) all as specified and as directed.
(SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) Note :- Amount of Rs 55,500.00 indicated in Tender Documents as Schedule of Credit shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
