Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in soft / loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. N exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all specified.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance exceeding 1.50 KM but not exceeding 5.00 KM and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work , built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling CGI / PGI steel sheeting , any gauge / thickness as in roof covering including ridges, hips, valley etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller exc 8 tonne n exc. 12 tonne including watering as necessary and consolidating to required level, gradient or camber complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying dry lean concrete (DLC), 150 mm thick of M-15 (Design mix), compressive strength not less than 10 MPA at 7 days for each consecutive group of 05 cubes or individual strength of cube shall not be less than 7.5 MPa at 7 days over a prepared sub grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS-383, size of aggregate n.exc 40 mm (grading and other parameters as per table 600-1 of MORTH, IRC SP : 49 specification), design mix, minimum cement content shall not be less than 150 Kg/cum mixed in batching plant, transported to site in tippers laid with paver including spreading and compacted using 8 to 10 tonnes vibratory roller including necessary form work, finishing etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying Polythene film 400 micron thick (virgin quality) of weight 390gm/Sqm antifriction layer on the base course complete as per specification with specified overlap between adjacent strip and transverse joint etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for forming 20mm thick expansion joint in concrete slab, for full depth of PQC or concrete slab (average slab thickness 250mm) filled with 20 mm thick pre moulded compressible polythelene closed cell type filler board as specified and applying closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polythene foam back up rod of 25 mm dia, over filler board, priming top 12 mm with approved primer and filling with polyurethane / polysulphide base sealant, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant all as per the directions of the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming 20 mm thick expansion joints for 320mm slab thickness filled with pre-formed bituminous filler board and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade ‘B’ all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide (using high RPM diamond bit cutter) filled with closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polythene foam back up rod of 12 mm dia, applying bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint, priming top 10 mm with approved primer and filling with polyurethane base sealant, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant all as per the directions of the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for forming construction joint 30 mm deep and 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade ‘B’ all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Forming dummy / contraction joint 75 mm deep x 10mm wide, using diamond cutter with closed cell medium density, cross linked polythelene foam back up rod, 12 mm dia, applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joint, priming top 10 mm with approved primer and filling with polyurethane base sealant, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant complete all as specified and as directed. Material & Labour for Painting line dashes (continuous / un-interrupted), arrows letters on pavement of runway exceeding 10 cm width with hot applied thermoplastic road/runway marking materials all as specified in clause No 803.4 of MORTH specification white or golden yellow (IS Colour No-356) over a coat of primer complete using road/runway painting machine including preparation of new concrete/bituminous surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 150 mm thick GSB (Granular sub base) (as per table 400-1 of MORTH, IRC specification) over compacted sub grade with stone aggregate of specified grading as specified, rolled and consolidated as per required gradient and camber completed all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 150 mm thick in two layers, 75 mm thick each layer (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) (in two layers; compacted separately) (as per table 400-11 as given in MORTH, IRC specification) with crushed stone aggregate of specified grading, spread, rolled & consolidated using power roller exc 8 tonne but not exc 12 tonne as specified to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) of minimum field flexural strength 45 Kg/Sq cm(lower control limit-LCL) after 28 days in pavement slab using 400 kg of cement per cum (only OPC, grade-43 to be used for PQC) and using non circular synthetic fibre reinforcement @0.25% of weight of cement of PQC with crushed stone aggregate of grading as specified, spread and compacted using mechanical paver, electronic sensor (minimum 09 metre wide), mechanically vibrated and bull nosing/rounding off edges, curing, brooming, belting, etc complete all as specified and directed. (Thickness of concrete shall be varying from 250mm to 320mm. For parking area thickness shall be 320 mm and for Helipad / Hard standing thickness shall be 250 mm). (Notes:- (a) All types of joints shall be measured and paid for separately. (b) No deduction shall be made from concrete for space occupied by construction and dummy joint. However, deduction shall be made for the space occupied by expansion joints. (c) The non-circular fibre synthetic reinforcement mixed with concrete shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (d) for all other notes please refer Clause No. 11 of PS)

M&L for Brick work with well burnt brick, Sub class ‘B’ brick, best quality locally available, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping for drain finish the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs for manholes etc. including necessary form work and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete. (Note:- Reinforcement bars shall be measured and paid separately)

Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches, ducts, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel wire armoured heavy duty 1100 Volts grade, LT, FR type with fire retardant inner and outer sheath C1 category, 4 core, 16 sqmm stranded aluminium conductor (earthed) cable, conforming to IS 7098 (Part-II) All as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 29 here-in-before but size of cable 6 sqmm, 4 core all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix double cable gland brass / stainless steel for fixingof armoured cable in panel suitable for upto 16 sqmm, 4 core cable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F outdoor feeder pillar box, floor mounted, cubical type, weather and vermin proof, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with canopy type roof, overall size 750 mm x 600 mm x 350 mm, front operated, two parts hinged door with locking arrangement including built in aluminium bus bar of size 30 x 5 mm (4 x 40 cm long) mounted on cast resin insulator with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving having RYB colour code, drilling holes for connection of incoming and outgoing cable, complete painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, testing and installation on PCC / Brick foundation, connection of cable with suitable alluminium lugs all as specified and as directed. Note:- PCC / Brick foundation and cable gland will be measured and paid separately.

S&F bus bar box, out door type, made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet of size 300 mm x 200 mm x 180 mm, front opening single leaf shutter with locking arrangement duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including provision for cable entry and exit and fixing arrangement with the bottom of the pole by means of suitable size of MS clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed. and with the SPN bus bar of copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm.

S&F PVC insulated and sheathed stranded aluminium conductor 2.5 sqmm, twin core for connection of street light fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F metal halide flood light fittings, integral type, pressure die cast alluminium housing, toughened glass cover with water tight gasket, 250 Watt MH lamp, fixed on PCC / brick pillar with necessary bracket / support and connection complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for making good existing DLC concrete of cracks/broken edges in slabs (exposed rigid pavement) by cutting V grooves/making shapes as directed by AGE(I) n exc 40mm wide at top and n exc 40mm deep and cutting spelled joints sides perpendicular and parallel to edge by mechanical tool as specified, cleaning compressed air and washing with chemical water solution under pressure and then applying with epoxy mortar with hardener, quartz, sand (1:0:5:8) by weight after priming the cleaned surface with approved proprietary primer of the same manufacturer complete, make as approved by AGE (I) all as specified and as directed.

M & L for making good of DLC concrete cracks, joint, pot hole stuffer in slabs (exposed rigid pavement) by 'CONCRETE FLO' streaming concrete crack stuffer complete, make as approved by AGE (I) all as specified and as directed.

(SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) Note :- Amount of Rs 55,500.00 indicated in Tender Documents as Schedule of Credit shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
