Taking out old unsersviceable long stiffner from table writing and Supply and Fix new stiffner made of 2nd class hard wood, complete all as specified and as shown on drg.

Taking out old unsersviceable Side stiffner from table writing and Supply and Fix new stiffner made of 2nd class hard wood, complete all as specified and as shown on drg.

Taking out old unserviceable cabinet of table writing and Supply and Fix new cabinet made of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board exterior grade in both side and bottom, complete all as specified and as shown on drg.

Taking out old unserviceable shutter from table writing and Supply and Fix new shutter made of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board exterior grade with 4mm thick teak wood beading duly fitted with suitable stainless steel hinges including one knob complete all as specified and as shown on drg.

Taking out unserviceable shoe from table writing and supply and fix new PVC/hard rubber shoe complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

LOCKER BED SIDE WOODEN : FD - 54 & 222 Taking out unserviceable shutter from locker and Supply and Fix new shutter made out of 18mm thick ply wood grade BWR, type BB, hung with 2 Nos of MS but hinges medium 75mm, 1 Nos of 100mm aluminium handle including 4mm thick teak wood beading all round the shutter complete all as specified and as shown on drg. (one shutter measured as single unit) (Note:- Above drawing pertains to Srl item No 09 to 13 here-in-after.)

Taking out unserviceable back ply wood from locker and Supply and Fix new back made of 6mm thick ply wood grade BWR, type BB, fixed with screws complete all as specified and as shown on drg.

Taking out unserviceable Hasp and staple from locker and S&F new Hasp and staple fixed with suitable size of screw, complete all as specified and as shown on drg.

Taking out unserviceable legs with bottom frame from locker bed side and Supply and Fix new legs and bottom frame made with 2nd class hard wood complete all as specified and as shown on drg.

Material and labour for preparation of wooden surfaces of locker bed side and polishing of locker bed side, glossy finished, complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in- Charge.

Hat Stand with mirror : FD - 233 Taking out old unserviceable looking mirror from hat stand with mirror and Supply and Fix new mirror 5mm thick of approved quality duly fixed with well seasoned bedding, complete all as specified and as shown on drg. (Note:- Above drawing pertains to Srl item No 14 to 19 here-in-after.)

Taking out old unserviceable brass peg from hat stand with mirror and Supply and Fix new brass peg approved quality duly fixed with brass screws, complete all as specified and as shown on drg

Taking out old unserviceable back side ply from hat stand with mirror and Supply and Fix new ply wood 4 mm thick of commercial type, fixed with head less nail, complete all as specified and as shown on drg.

CHAIR WRITING, CHAIR VISITORS:-FD/E6/MAP/12 & TP Removing unserviceable seat, S & F new seat of 12 mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric & moulded polyurethane foam. The seat foam shall be designed with contour lumber support with PVC lipping all around. The cushions shall be of 40 density, 75mm thick along with the fabric of approved quality & color. All as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- Above drawing pertains to Srl item No 20 to 24 here-in-after.)

Removing unserviceable hand rest, S & F new hand rest replacing the old matching the previous all in shape, size, material & quality, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing unserviceable rubber stoppers, & S & F new rubber stoppers as approved, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L painting all over the steel chairs with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of black colour applied with spray gun after properly smoothening the surface with the help of an electric grinder, including applying putty on dents, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL WITH SHELVE FD-1031, FD-67(M) Removing unserviceable shelves, S & F new shelves with appropriate nuts and bolts, fabricated out of 1 mm thick MS sheet duly applied with red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed. Removing unserviceable lock, S & F new lock, 6 levers pattern of steel with duplicate key & hole cover. The keys & lock shall have embedded similar numbers for identification all as directed.

Removing unserviceable steel chromium plated handle, S & F new steel chromium plated handle 125mm size approved quality completed all as directed.

Removing unserviceable locking assembly, S & F new locking assembly with cover duly painted complete all as specified and directed.

M & L welding before painting (as per requirement) the rack steel by two coat of synthetic enamel oilve green colour of approved quality over a coat of primer after scrapping off the existing worn out paint with an electric grinder complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out unservicable arms of Sofa Set [05 (Five Seater) : (One Three Seater and Two Single Seater)] and Supply and Fix new arms made out of 2nd class hard wood all as shown on drawing(s).

Taking out damaged upholstery from Sofa (Single Seater) and supply and fix new foam 25 mm thick, 40 density, duly covered with Tapestry Cloth/ Leatherite Rexine both costing not less than Rs 450/- per meter as approved by GE perfect fitting and stitching the foams with lining cloth and Tapestry Cloth/Leatherite Rexine as per existing design including restructuring internal wooden framework and replacement of the damaged members with 2nd class hard wood members as per existing size, complete all as specified and directed.
