Comprehensive/preventive maintenance of the following Desert Coolers/ Water cooler / Refrigerator /Deep Freezer/Window / Split ACs different capacities by carrying out periodically maintenance of equipments including cleaning, lubrication, filling refrigerant gas etc, including chemical, anti moisture injection required for cleaning condenser/cooling coils complete and attending complaints all as specified and directed for following:

Desert Coolers of any capacity any size complaints as received and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Refrigerators any capacity any size complete and attending complaints as received and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Water cooler of any capacity any size complaints as received and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Deep freezers of any capacity any size complaints as received and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Split/Window ACs of any capacity any size complaints all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Note for items No 1.01 to 1.05 :- (i) Window / Split ACs / Water cooler / Refrigerator /Deep Freezer shall be taken from department on "as and where installed" basis, (ii) Window/ Split Acs are to be maintained for heating as well as cooling mode where installed all as specified and directed. (iii) The contractor shall ensure and asses at the site any initial maintenance required, to make the all Window/Split ACs/Water cooler / Refrigerator /Deep Freezer/Desert cooler in fully proper working condition. (iv) The date of periodical check will start from the date of commencement of work. (v) After completion of contract, contractor shall hand over the all Window / Split ACs / Water cooler / Refrigerator /Deep Freezer/Desert cooler in perfect running/functioning condition to the department. (vi) Contractor shall provide his authorised Cell/mobile No. and local address to contact and communicate the message for any breakdown and contractor's rep will visit the office twice a day (0930 Hrs and 1400 Hrs) to collect the day to day complaints of any nature/type. (vii) Penalty for not rectifying the defect in time(within 24 hrs)will be charged to contractor and the amount of penalty @ Rs 1000/- per complaint will deducted from the due payment of contract. (viii) Complaints will be treated as rectified only after user's "Satisfactory slip "duly signed by user including contact number will be produced by contractor to concerned JE E/M. (ix) Cost of attending day to day complaint is included in the rate quoted under this item, no extra payment for attending complaint shall be made. (x) Old material obtained from spares replaced under this item shall be contractor's property and will be measured as per credit schedule. (xi) Cost of minor spares i.e, insulation to copper tubes, soldering, internal wiring to cooling appliances are deemed to be included in the item rate, items other than mentioned will be measured and paid seperately, Refrigerant gas will only be measured when major items i.e, Comperessor, Condensing coil, Cooling coils are replaced, else cost of refrigerant gas required for less cooling, due to leakage etc will be deemed to be included in quoted rates. Labour required to carryout the maint / repairs for all repairs including testing and commissioning shall be deemed to be included in item rate as quoted by the contractor. (xii) Cost of T&P i.e, ladders, tools, brazing, welding, soldering required and transportation is deemed to be included in quoted rates. Material & Labour for repair of PCB of Indoor/Outdoor units of split AC's of capacity 1.5/2.0 ton including taking down, repair work, replacement of worn out spare parts, testing, refixing at site as per exsiting and re-testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour in replacement of angle iron stand for desert cooler/window AC made out of angle iron 40x40x5mm of required size with four legs and set of four angle for desert cooler for motor support with angle rubber, duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour one coat of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint to refrigerator 165/310 lts cap including anticorrosive black paint on compressor, condenser coil Scratching out the existing paint with sand paper and filling up the scratches with putty complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting the rusted unserviceable base of 150/40 Ltr Capacity. water cooler body, material and labour for fabrication of New Base made of MS sheet & angle iron as per existing size and thickness incl welding of small patches as specified and directed.

Taking out the Water Cooler Tank from water cooler 150/40 ltrs capacity & repair the tank with brazing welding etc to stop the leakage of tank incl replacement of glass wool tarpaulin sheet etc. Repair to cooling coil, refixing in original position, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Scraping & removing the existing paint from old steel surfaces of water coolers capacity 150 /40 Ltrs by rubbing, preparing the surface smooth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray gun machine of colour as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Periodical maintenance and Servicing of RO Plant four times in year including replacement of all three types of defective filter and replacement of defective parts incl pump by authorized RO dealer as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with two runs of single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed ,multi standard copper conductor cable of size 4 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade and one run of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated earth continuity copper conductor cable drawn through and inculding suitable size of PVC concealed conduit with all necesary accessories such as bends, tees, junctions boxes, elbows etc complete with all in coming and out going cable connections complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Two runs of 4 Sqmm cable, one run of 2.5 Sqmm continuity earth wire and one run of PVC conduit with all necessary accessories will be measured as one unit length).

Disconnecting electric connection from defective blower motor and taking out from window type/ split AC outdoor unit capacity 1.5/2 TR of existing make and transporting to store yard of Refg AC Section, then to be transported to contractors workshop after getting the gate pass from Engineer-in-Charge. Dismantling the burnt winding & rewinding of 1/6 to 1/8 HP double shaft blower motor with the existing size of super enemelled copper winding wire including insulation, varnishing, greasing, testing complete and transporting back to the location from where it was disconnected and refixing the same and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of defective wiring of indoor/ outdoor unit, PCB, visual eye damp plates, unserviceable cordless electronic remote control and fixing the new wiring, cordless electronic remote control, PCB, visual eye damp plate in place of damaged items of split AC of capacity 1.5 TR/ 2TR including matching the existing system complete all as specified and directed. Make of AC & remote: Carrier/ LG/ Hi series/ Samsung/Voltas
