BOQ-1 : Overall Maintenance for 36 months for items installed in RSDC P-1 as per items details enclosed in Annexure-1 of RFP. The Maintenance is to be carried out as per maintenance schedule of Original OEM. The bidders should have back to back to maintenance contract for 24 X 7 with original OEM of items installed as per details given in RFP.

BOQ-2 : Overall Maintenance for 36 months for items installed in RSDC P-3 as per items details enclosed in Annexure-3 of RFP. The Maintenance is to be carried out as per maintenance schedule of Original OEM. The bidders should have back to back to maintenance contract for 24 X 7 with original OEM of items installed as per details given in RFP.

BOQ-3 : Overall Operation for 36 months for Systems installed in RSDC P-1 & P-3 as per items details enclosed in Annexure-1 &3 and as per number of persons / shifts details, Service Level Agreements (SLA) given in RFP. The bidder has to deploy the manpower at site at both data center premises as per details given in RFP.
