DETAILED ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR OBTAINING AT LEAST 3 STAR RATING FROM GRIHA ADARSH AS PER GRIHA V6 FOR PROVN OF CHILDREN SCHOOL AT DEVLALI

Provision of Consultancy services for obtaining at least 3 Star rating from GRIHA ADARSH (GRIHA secretariat) as per GRIHA V6 for Provn of Children School at Devlali all as specified and as directed:- (i) Educational Building - 19573.46 Sqm (ii) Administrative bldg - 1359.46 Sqm (iii) Multipurpose Hall - 440.00 Sqm 1. Submission of documents for registration to certification agency GRIHA after the issue of Job/Work order. 2. Analysis and suggestion of improvement/ corrections in the MEP/ Other relevant drawings/documents and draft tender of the subject work for GRIHA Star Rating (Minimum Three Star). 3. Preparation, submission & uploading all the documents online in accordance with the GRIHA requirements, Documentation shall be supported by drawings, test results, equipment catalogues & calculations. 4. Assisting in the selection of equipment & materials. 5. To facilitate the planning team for selection of appropriate energy efficient & eco-friendly technologies, equipment & materials for the building e.g. lighting system, white goods, water treatment technologies, renewable energy, non-toxic paints, rapidly renewable materials, recycled materials, ecofriendly materials etc.,

6. Develop templates for GRIHA calculations to achieve certain points, this includes materials related criteria, construction of waste management at site, energy calculation etc., 7. Conduct solar path analysis for each to achieve the best design (Shading device, Orientation etc.). 8. Perform shading Analysis for window-wall ratio, Glass properties (SHGC) & providing recommendations to meet the compliance of ECBC 2024. 9. Perform hourly calculations to show that thermal comfort conditions for conditioned as well as non- conditioned areas have been achieved. 10. Perform Energy Simulation to predict the energy performance of the energy system in the building is less than the benchmarked energy performance as prescribed by GRIHA V6 . 11. Submit ECBC Compliance document to show that compliance of mandatory requirement of ECBC are meet. 12. Liasioning and coordinating with GRIHA team for registration of Project, uploading relevant documents, responding to queries, observations, modifications and corrections given by GRIHA team within specified time framed and reporting client with latest update. 13. Completion of all documentation requirement and formalities before construction and obtaining Pre-certification and Certification with GRIHA 3-star rating. 14. The Consultant shall submit a monthly report on the progress of the project, indicating whether it is on the right track to achieve the targeted GRIHA rating. Any corrective actions required shall be communicated immediately
