Providing and laying plain cement concrete at all depths below and upto ground level in foundations,fillings,non-suspended floors including tamping, curing etc. excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed in any shape,position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc.all complete(CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)P.C.C.1:2:4 (1cement: 2coarse sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

P.C.C.1:3:6 (1cement: 3coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of foM work for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform as directed by Engineer-in Charge. Work in foundation and footing upto ground level in all shape and sizes.

Bending / Binding and placing in position high yield deformed bars reinforcement for R.C.C.work at all height and depths,carting the same from store/issue points to site of work, straightening, cleaning, bending to required shape and lengths as per details including supplying and binding with contractor's own soft annealed binding wire and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers and return of unused/ scrap/ unserviceable steel to owner's storage point etc all complete. (REINFORCEMENT STEEL/TOR STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO's STORE)

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work in foundation, roofs, slabs, lintels, beams,chajjas, columns,walls in vertical or horizontal fins, bressummers, shelves, suspended floors, landing, balconies, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up to super structure up to floor five level (at height of 20 metres from ground level), including necessary curing, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE). With RCC grade 1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 sand: 3 stone aggregate).

Random rubble masonary Providing and laying Random rubble masonary with approved hard stone in foundation, plinth, including levelling up with cement motar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) with locally available boulder including curing all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

Steel work in built up tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete Hot finished welded type tubes

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with J or L hooks, bolts/power driven rivets and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpetwashers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheetscomplete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces),excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. (CGI SHEET AND PGI SHEET SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE)

Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 course sand) on the rough sides of single or half brick wall or masonary work using approved type sand including curing etc. all complete for a height up to 10 metres from ground level.( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : , Two coats on new work

Providing and applying white wash with lime of approved quality to give an even shade after cleaning and smoothening the surface thoroughly etc. all complete and cleaning properly the area of spilled lime etc. to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including removal of nails from wall, cleaning . Two coats of lime wash on both old and new works.

Applying a coat of approved water thinnable cement primer on new/old cement plaster surface a as directed etc. complete.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
