Material and labour for preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of acrylic distemper with painting roller over prepared surfaces of walls pillars, cornices etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour complete removal of existing treatment on walls, pillars, cornices etc (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, wasing down with water to remove loose particles etc and preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over and including 1 to 2 mm thick wall care putty white cement based in one or two coats to achieve smooth surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour vitrified ceramic light shade tiles premium/1st quality as approved pattern by GE 9–10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm and not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.
