M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 clear span , cills steps seismic and other similar bands, copings, hold fast and the like incluing weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating asdirected with and icluding necessary form work in CM 1:4 complete all as specified an directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling & Mass concrete , sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain incluing necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C1 (1:3:6) 20mm graded stone agg as in bonders (for stone walling) and setting the block slab etc in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced Precast cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in landing , cover slab (for manholes, shelves), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs , mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces incluing necessary form work, & set in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as specified an directed. Note:-Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately in respective items of Sch "A"/BOQ

M&L for Walling of random, rubble, stone masonary brought upto courses, well bonded bedded and soilidly hearted and built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing 50mm thick PCC (cement concrete) 1:2:4 etc type B-2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) pavement/ramp/floor finsihed fair and event complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for75 mm thick PCC 1;3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similar places and finishing the surface even & smooth with out using extra cement including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 meter and every change of direction and filling the same with mixture of bitumen & sand in ratio (1:1) by weight including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick masonry/ concrete surface on wall with using liquid water proofing compound and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified an directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only item under respective items of Sch "A"/BOQ.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc with and including removing of debrish taking down plaster out side M.D land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stone with max depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 20mm and dressing of face and joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought upto coursed or lime or sand stone complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and concrete work and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of Primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of walls plastered or un-plastered by complete removal of existing treatment by electric angle grinder and scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss & efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots , distempered and painted surface & removing all vegetation growth, nails and making good holes,cracks etc complete by necessary putty and stoping of distempered and painted surface of wall and applying one coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint Complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described and removal of dismantling materials with and including, removing debris outside MOD Land at contractor is own arrangement , complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of ( reinforced cement concrete) (reinforcement cut as required to facilitiate demolition) of any description and in any positionnot otherwise specifically provided with and including, removing debris outside MOD Land at contractor is own arrangement complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and precast concrete articles and removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000 M complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of plain cement concrete (Un reinforced ) PCC paver block of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provied and removal and removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for de-silting of drainage system of any dia and depth manully or mechanically and removal silt out side of MOD land and buried into ground by digging pits and spray a layer of bleaching @ 0.50 kg per sqm area to avoid any type of infection in enviornment complete all as specified and directed.
