RequiredBidder should have experience of supplying the same/similar material to AP/TGGENCO / NTPC or any other power stations and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/ PO copies of the similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection
RequiredBidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification enclosed can only be considered.
RequiredResponsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will be rejected.
RequiredBidders with poor performance in executing the previous purchase orders /bidders who have executed partial supplies during the delivery period/bidders who have not supplied the material even after several notices/bidders who supplied the material lately and suffered the works/bidders whose supplies failed during guarantee performance period/black listed firms are not eligible for quoting as well
RequiredGST registration copy and mention GST% & HSN codes
RequiredPlease mention freight & Insurance charges in % if any extra applicable
RequiredBidder must upload the EMD payment details i.e scanned copy of DD or online transaction details
OptionalNSIC/SSI/MSME certificate if any
RequiredBidder must specify make/model of the item in technical offer and submit technical leaf lets/Brochures along with bid.
RequiredBidder shall quote for any standard makes Indo asian/Copper bussmann /GE /Siemens/ C&S Electric only. Bidder must specify make of the item in technical offer.
