Trolley Mounted Mobile DG: Supply Installation Testing Commissioning of "Silent Type" Radiator Cooled, Diesel Generating Set (of AAI approved makes) along with having Prime mover power rating of 58 KVA (within 3% tolerence) at 0.8 lagging power factor, 415 volts, 1500 RPM, 3 phase system, as per ISO 8528 and consisting of the following: (a) Diesel Engine: 4 stroke, electronic governor, power command control module, radiator cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. (b) Alternator: Synchronous alternator rated for min 58 KVA ( within 3% tolerence), 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR, , terminal arrangement i/c 1000A alumunium bus-duct box with other associated equipment conforming to IS:4722 / BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class F / H insulation. (c) Base Frame & Foundation: Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on trolley foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer. (d) Trolley Heavy-duty four-wheel trolley complete with axel, four no mechanical stay jacks (screw type) and towing hook. (e) Electrical system i)Standard control panel as per OEM shall consisting individual switch gears for lighting/receptacle. ii)1no. each 63 Amp.(minimum) Four pole, 25 KA MCCB & 63 Amps 5 Pin heavy duty Insulated socket confirming IP-44 (To tap the power supply from DG set to connect external loads) iii) 25 Mtr length 4 x 10 sq. mm, XLPE insulated, armoured,1.1 kV grade, copper conductor cable wound on a reel with a 63 A, 5 pin insulated plug confirming to IP 44 is to be supplied & fixed on DG enclosure to receive the power supply from DG set. (f) Fuel Tank: Day service fuel tank of 165 litres(or as per OEM standarad) capacity fabricated out of 3 mm thick M.S. sheet/CRCA sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class 'C' pipes of suitable dia. Complete with valves, level indications & accessories as required as per specifications.(g) Dry exhaust manifold with Residential exhaust silencer. (h) Starting System: 12 V DC starting system comprising of starter motors, voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable Nos. of batteries as required as per OEM etc. as required as per specifications. (i) Acoustic Enclosure : Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per specifications. (j)Engine mounted instrument panel fitted with and having digital display for following: (i) Start-stop switch with key, (ii) Water temperature,(iii) Lubrication oil pressure, (iv) Lubrication oil temperature indication, (v) Battery charging indication, (vi) RPM indication, (vii) Low lub. Oil trip indication, (Viii) Engine Hours indication (k) The DG should be as per Central Electrical Authority / Pollution control board standards. DG set complete as described above and as per tender specifications.

5 KVA Mobile DG with Power Light Tower: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Mobile lighting tower with two-wheel trolley mounted Air Cooled, Diesel Generating Set ( of AAI approved Makes) along with having Prime mover power rating of 5 KVA at 0.8 lagging power factor, 230V volts, 50 Hz, as per ISO 8528 , including providing and fixing of 4 nos of 400 W LED (IP65) fixtures etc as detailed below : (a) Diesel Engine: 4 stroke, mechanical governor, air cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 3000 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. (b) Alternator: Synchronous alternator rated for 5 KVA, 230 volts at 3000 RPM, 1 phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR, terminal arrangement i/c 100 A alumunium bus-duct box with other associated equipment conforming to IS:4722 / BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class F / H insulation. (c) Base Frame & Foundation: Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on trolley foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer. (d) Mobile Lighting Tower i) The lighting tower shall be heavy duty (wind stability-110) , hot dipped galvanized extendable upto the height of 6 mtrs(min) from ground level and adjustable in 5 section ( min), telescopic movement of pipe with motorized winches. ii) Tower rotation shall be 340°(Min) on raised position iii) Individual light tilt facility iv) Motorized winches with heavy-duty 6/8 mm rope Trolley Heavy-duty four-wheel trolley complete with axel, four no mechanical stay jacks (screw type) and towing hook. (h) Control panel: A lighting control panel for controlling the tower lights shall be provided on the trolley. The lighting console panel, fabricated out of 2mm min CRCA sheet, shall be suitable for outdoor application confirming to IP65 protection (minimum), and shall have additional canopy (enclosure) at top for rain protection. The control panel (Console) shall consist of suitably rated switchgears i.e., incoming MCB with ELCB (or RCBO), Ammeters, Voltmeters etc. Each lighting feeder circuit shall have individual MCB for short circuit protection & individual ELCB for 30mA earth leakage protection . Indication lamps shall also to be part of control panel. The Control panel shall have auxiliary output of 01 No. 16 Amp & 02 Nos. 06 Amp for operating machine tools like angle cutter, grinder etc. It shall also have an extension cable provision of 02-core, 04 Sq/mm copper conductor, 20 meter (min.) long with male/female plug/socket at either endsof cable for remote operation of machine tools. (k) The DG should be as per Central Electrical Authority / Pollution control board standards. DG set complete as described above and as per tender specifications.
