Providing skirting to internal walls to 15 cm height/risers of steps with soluble salt porcelain vitrified tiles length equal to flooring stones, set over base coat of CM (1:3) 12 mm thick with cement slurry of honey like consistency spread at the rate of 3.30 kgs per sqm and jointed with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost of all materials like Cuddapah stone, cement, sand and water for finished item of work.

Providing and fixing factory-made uPVC any colour sliding glazed ventilators 0.6m in height dimensioncomprising of uPVC multi- chamberedframe with in- built roller trackand sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from rollforming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVCprofile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads anduPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket/TPV, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylonrollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mmsize for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screwsetc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage ofwater etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finishedwall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod ofrequired size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge inclusive of cost of Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent .

Supply and fixing of Teak wood double shutter of size 1.20x 2.10 mt with frame made of Sal Wood scantlings of size 100 x 75mm and Flush door shutters, solid bond wood block board type with commercial ply on both faces.: 35 mmthick including fixers of 6 nos of 9" ' z" holdfasts, 300 mm long Aluminum aldrop-1 no, 200mm Aluminum tower bolt - 1no, 125 long Aluminium butt hinges 6 No's, Aluminum fancy handles 150 mm -2nos with necessary screws complete.
