Cutting, straightening, coiled or bent up T. S. rod for R.C.C. work incl. bending, binding & tying the grills and placing in proper position with cost, conveyance,taxes of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and T.S. rod, cost of all labour & T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

Fly Ash Brick masonary in C.M. (1:6) using Fly Ash Brick of size 23cmx1cmx8cm of crusing strength not less than 75kg/cm2 with dimentional tolerance plus minus 2% after immersing the bricks for six hours before use icluding lowering, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of labour & T & P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (In foundation and plinth)

Fly Ash Brick masonary in C.M. (1:6) using Fly Ash Brick of size 23cmx1cmx8cm of crusing strength not less than 75kg/cm2 with dimentional tolerance plus minus 2% after immersing the bricks for six hours before use icluding lowering, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of labour & T & P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (In foundation and plinth)

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6),finished smooth to brick work after cleaning the surface incl.watering, curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials, labour and T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) for brick work after racking out joints incl.watering, curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials, labour and T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C..

Providing and fixing verified tiles in floors,treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement:1 sand ) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost,carriage, royalties, taxes of all materials with all labour and T & P required etc complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ceramic tiles in floors,treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement:1 sand ) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost,carriage, royalties, taxes of all materials with all labour and T & P required etc complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall surface of wall with Acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface including cost,carriage etc. All complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shde to give an even shade over a coat of primer to give an even shade with approved paint including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxed of all materilas with all labour, T&P required etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Finishing walls with weather coat painting two coats of approved shade over give an even shade over a coat of primer to give an even shade with approved paint inculding cost,conveyance,royalty,taxes of all materials with all labour, T&P required etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S. Doors, windows and iron grill made out of (45x45x6) mm size angular frame with square bar M.S flat for grills, 1.0mm CR Sheet with locking arrangement of approved design including all cost , conveyance, taxes etc. complete and as direction of the Enginner-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with approved paint to doors and windows over a coat of primer incl. cost of all material,T&P and labour etc. complete.( for Iron work) as per direction of the EIC.
