The bidder should be a registered company under Companies Act, 1956 of India & should be registered office in Karnataka. Company should be in operations minimum 5 years in Karnataka.

The company should have been in the business of providing software development and Software Support services for last 5 financial years and provide attested work orders.
The Bidder should have provided software development and L2 level of Software Support L2 Services in last 3 years
The bidder should have ISO9001/ ISO 10002/ ISO 27001/ISO 14000 need to be provided.
Bidder should have a local office in Karnataka proof of presence should be provided
Bidder should have worked with State Government Department for at least 5 years.
Bidder should have executed or implemented similar type of application with L2 Level Support Service. Project should have to be executed for Government of Karnataka, Horticulture/ Agriculture/ Revenue/Forest Department
Attested Copy of the Income Tax returns filed by the Service Provider for the last 3 years -financial years 2022-23 2023-24 & 2024-25
Attested Copy of the Balance sheet of the Service Provider for the last 3 years (2022-23 2023-24 & 2024-25) prepared and audited by a Chartered Accountant
The company should have a Average turnover of 4 Crores from the software development / Helpdesk Application support Services during each of the last 3 financial years i. e 2022-23 2023-24 & 2024-25 certified from CA
Certificate from the Banker that the bidder has liquid financial resources of not less than Rs. 30 Lakhs.
Bidder should have the knowledge on the Land Records / Survey projects / Agriculture Government projects - Experience of minimum 5 years are required
Bidder should Submit the solutions document on the Call Management Software Application.
Bidder should submit the Support Plan and methodology Document
Bidder should provide the DEMO of the support services application and other softwares developed as per the prerequisite of this tender - PPT should be uploaded (max. 10 slides) if compatible with our requirements department will call for the demonstration or it will be rejected
Min 3 work orders Single work order should not be less than 75 lakhs per annum related to software Services and resources only
