a. Dismantling of 150 HP motor from the respective base frame by way of opening of foundation bolts and disassembling of TC-rubber tyre coupling with the help of skilled labour, other tools & tackles. The job includes the charge for dragging of induction motor to loading site which is the difficult portion of the job , loading in private vehicle and shifting it to the workshop for repairs (01 job), b. Dismantling of motor at workshop by way of disassembling the stator-rotor assembly and assessing the damages. The job includes extraction of damaged windings from the slots of stator. (01 job). c. Complete rewinding of stator coils of copper wire of standard size and quality. (65kg). d. Providing and fitting of insulating material in the slots of the stator including bamboo straps and latheride paper etc. (01 job). e. Varnishing of the windings using good quality varnish. The job includes heat treatment process using conventional method. (01 job). f. P/F of Bakelite connections plate as per sample with copper proper thimbling of terminals. (01 job). g. Reassembling of the stator rotor assembly carefully without causing any damage to the winding at workshop. (01 job). h. Shifting back motor from workshop to site in private load carrier & tested on full load. (01 job). i. Deduct the cost of old scrap as 80% weight of copper winding (52 Kg).
