Earth work in hill road (hill side cutting/filling):- Excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all types of soils & rocks as met at site true to lines as per plan, L section camber, super elevation as required also including uprooting & cutting of bushes dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes with all lead, lifts and safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places by mechanical means/ manual means indicated in the drawing with out damaging forest and forest land including slip clearance during hill side cutting as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and placing M30 grade cement concrete (RCC) in open foundations using 43/53 grade Ordinary Portland cement ,20mm & down stone aggregrates and approved quality sand inclduing the cost of centering using concrete mixerand shuttering shuttering and approved quality sand inclduing the cost of centering using concrete mixerland shuttering (excludign the cost of reinforcemtn on;y which shall be paid seperately ) with all leads , lifts depth and all complete as per the Drawings , specification enclosed with the tender document and MOTH & specifications for road and bridge works .Using concrete mixer

Providing and placing in foundation position HYSD (Fe 500 Grade) reinforcemnt bars in various structural elemates of the bridge inclduing inclduing cutting , straightning , bending , fabricated storing binding with mild steel annelad binding wire of 18 SWG . fixing in position complete as per the Drawing , specifications enclosed with the tender document and MOTH & H specifications for road and bridge works . (inclduing 20mm dia dowel bars in rock as well as in foundation)

ABUTMENTS AND FILLING BEHIND :

Providing and placing M30 grade cement concrete (RCC) in open foundations using 43/53 grade Ordinary Portland cement ,20mm & down stone aggregrates and approved quality sand inclduing the cost of centering using concrete mixerand shuttering (excluding the cost of reinforcemrnt on;y which shall be paid seperately) with all leads, lift/depths and all complete as per the Drawings, specifications enclosed with the tender document and MORTH & H specifications for road and bridge works . USing concrete mixer .

Providing weep holes in brick maosnry /plain/ reinforcement concrete abutment wing wall / return wall with 100mm dia AC pipe , extending through the full width of the strcuture with slope of 1V -20H towards drawing force complete as per drainage face as per the Drawings specifications enclosed with the tender document and MORTH specifications for road and bridge works item to include all labour , material , tools equipments safety measure and incidentals necessary to complete the work to specifications

Providing and laying of filter media with granular material/stone crushed aggregrates satisfying the requirments laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MOTH & specification for road and bridge works to a firm condition complete as per the drawing and specifications.

Providing and placing in Sub Structural position HYSD (fe 500 grade ) reinforcement bars in various structural elements of the bridge inclduing cutting , cutting straightning bending , fabricating storing , binding with mild steel annealed binding wire of 18SWG , fixing in position complete as per the drawing , speicifctaion enclosed with the tender document and MORTH specification for road and bridge works . (including 20mm dia dowel bars in rock as well as in foundation)

SUPER STRUCTURE

Supply and fabrication of steel truss (structure) bridge as per detailed drawing .Supply of all strcutural steel confirming to I.S 226-1969 required for proper completion of bridge inclduing ground erection of thr bridge and inclduing one coat of approved quality anty corrosive red oxide paint confirming IS 5660 as per specification and drawing inclduing all T&P etc nuts & bolts ,washers ralling of MS flat and also inclduing supply and fixing of shoprivert refered as per drawing .The rates shall include ground erection in the workshop and its dismantle after inseption approval and removing of deffects, match marking of all parts numbering and proper stacking in the premises of workshop before cartage to site of work .The work shall be executuied in accordance with IS 1915 -1916 aqnd its latest revision shall be applicable .The rates shall include cost inclduing proper stackj=ing after dismanting of grounderection. all required equipmenst should be arranged by the contractor as his oen cost , which shall be taken back by the contarcted after satisfaction execution of the job . Also inclduing supply materials. T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge .

Erection of Steel Truss (Girder) Bridge (up to 60m span) as per drawing with required camber including cartage of fabricated parts from the place of stack near site including submission of launching plan by the contractor, (duly vetted by a recognised reputable institution/ consultant if required) and approved by the engineer-in-charge. Service bolts to used shall be of approved make. The rate including of cost of all labour, T&P, equipments, civil work and consumables, cost of arranging, fabricating, errecting and dismantling of erection scheme including the cost of its designing, revising, supervision by contractor's designeer at site during erection, also including cost of all safety measures and necessary insurances of bridge and labours for proper completion of the work as per MORTH specification no. 1905 with due regard of mansoon and as per directions of the engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level Spherical Bearing consisting of a metal piston supported by a disc or unreinforced elastomer confined within a metal cylinder, sealing rings, dust seals, Spherical surface sliding against stainless steel mating surface, completre assembly to be of cast steel/fabricated structural steel, metal and elastomer elements to be as per IRC: 83 part-I & II respectively and other parts conforming to BS: 5400, section 9.1 & 9.2 and clause 2006 of MoRTH Specifications complete asper drawing and approved technical specifications.

Supplying and fixing of 24/22/120 mm dia PF make 1090 SSFG High strength friction grip bolt to IS 3757, 1985 latest to garde 10.95 with High strength friction grip nut to is 6623,2004 latest to grade 10S and high strength friction 2no washer inclduing cost of all materials labour fixing at site all taxes T&P etc. required for complition of work (24/22/120mm)

Painting on Concrete/Steel Surfaces with Epoxy Painting two coats including prime coat with epoxy paint of approved brand on concrete/steel surfaces after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701

Three MS plate of 1.6 mm thick , top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm X 5mm size on back on edges . The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x5mm . The angle iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2nos 75mm x 75mm of 12SWG sheet tube posts duly embedded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm , 600mm below ground level . The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All MS will be stove enamelded on both sides .Lettering and printing arrows , border etc will be painted wsith ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour . All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing clause 1701 and annexure 1700.1

Providing and fixing citizen informatory of PMGSY Project Providng and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specifications and drawing .Three MS plate of 1.6 mm thick , top and plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5mm size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x5mm . the angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm . The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of embedded in cement painetd with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour . All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer two coats of epoxy piant as per drawing clause 1701 and annexure 1700.1

Note:- This BOQ includes the scope of Load Testing of Bridge as per IRC norms after erection and commissioning of Bridge at site. No extra cost shall be paid to the Contrctor for this item. Load Test includes the scope as below: Doing load test on bridge span as per IRC (SP 51-1999) code provision, inclusive of mobilization of manpower,Equiments/founding Arrangements etc. testing charges, sand bag Filling, loading, shifiting, De mobilization Hiring of loading Trucks, hosting Arrangements complete in all respect. (bridge span 90 m 1.5 Lane) (Will be done by Contractor at his own Cost)
