OD20308/2021-2022:Providing and fixing in required crystal compact solid 3 mm thick poly-carbonate sheet in required colour & shade including aluminium U groove channel section of standard size and weather resistant Neoprene EPDM rubber gasket to make the fabricated structure water proof. The U groove channel section shall be rigidly to supporting frame work along with the sheet with self taping self drilling steel screws fixed approx 150mm centre to centre. The open end edges of Polycarbonate sheet shall be provided with aluminium channel of size 10x10x1.5mm and weight not less than 0.20Kg/m with necessary self taping screws. The joints of the structure shall be properly sealed with silicon sealants wherever required so as to make the fabricated structure totally water proof. The rate shall include the cost of all materials, such as aluminium section set and charnel, EPDM gasket, self taping screws, nuts bolts and silicon sealant and all the labor and material required to cut, fabricate and fix the structure complete as per direction of Engineer in charge (Cost of supporting steel tubular structural frame work provided shall be paid for separately). Finished sheet area shall be measured for the purpose of payment.
