Taking down and transporting defective non clog sewage submersible pump set to workshop, and M&L for dismantling motor, taking out burnt copper winding re-winding the motor using super enameled copper wire of existing gauge, re-assembling the motor to its original form after replacement of the defective parts and testing and commissioning etc complete for the following capacities of motor including lifting and lowering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Turning & polishing of pump set shaft of Non clog submersible motor of capacity 12.5 HP to 15 HP

Replacement of bearing as size 6309 & 6205 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Replacement of hosing protection sleeve all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Lifting and lowering of submersible non clog pump set from sewage well ,taking out waste material from impeller ,replacement of hose collar, connecting of intermediate section with hose pipe etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Replacement of following defective parts of sewage non clog submersible pump of capacity 12.5 to 15 HP.

(a) Bearing Housing

(b) Oil Seal.

(c) Set of Gasket and O-rings

(d) Shaft protection sleeve

(e) Bearing Sleeve

(f) CI Impeller

(g) Deep groove ball bearing as per existing size

(h) Oil of grade quality as per manufacturer

(i) Intermediate casing

Supply and fixing of green hose pipe of 100mm dia heavy duty all as specified and directed.(Make:- Kissan or equivalent)

M&L 2.5 Sqmm 10 core PVC insulated & sheated flexible copper cable black as per IS 694 all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the water mains from the delivery line of pumping sets from bore well by lifting mechanism, lifting/taking out MS/lowering of MS/ column pipes, submersible cable and defective submersible pumping set, disconnecting pump set for repair including connecting pump set lowering of MS/GI column pipes, submersible cable, repaired submersible pumping sets complete in bore well, jointing of submersible cable, reconnecting delivery line to water mains, testing for satisfactory running and continuous flow of water complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for following size:- (Note: replacement of any new item will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.)

(a) 50 to 80 mm bore

Transporting defective MS/GI column pipes to workshop including cutting to two ends of GI/MS Pipes, 10 feet long, removing worn out portion, threading at both ends welding of new socket at one end and including of welding of MS three nuts of size 5/8" dia both ends for hold fastening the column pipes, bringing back to site of work complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for following size :-

(a) 50 to 80 mm bore

Dismantling defective submersible pumping set , pump and motor for repair purposes and re-assembling after repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge . (Note : Replacement of defective parts will be measured and paid separately )

(a) 30 HP to 40 HP

(b) 1.5 HP to 7.5 HP

Transporting defective submersible motor to workshop, and M&L for taking out Cutting out the burnt winding of all the three phases of stator, taking out burnt copper wire from the slots cleaning the slots properly, rewinding the three phases with original gauge, supper enameled copper winding wire including insulating materials i.e., varnish, cotton tape, insulating paper, sleeves drying the windings to require temperature, reassembling the rotor and stator after cleaning and dusting of rotor to remove the settled dust particles re-assembling the motor to its original form after replacement of defective parts and testing for satisfactory run, including bringing back to site of work complete for the following capacities of motor. Note : Replacement of other defective parts will be measured and paid separately

(a) 30 HP to 40 HP

(b) 1 HP to 7.5 HP

Turning & polishing of pump set shaft of submersible motor of capacity 30 to 40 HP all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Turning & polishing of pump set shaft of submersible motor of capacity 1 to 7.5 HP all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting the unserviceable submersible pump set, 40 HP make dismantling the same for overhauling, repairing and replacing the unserviceable parts including installing, commisioning for proper alignment and smooth functioning, making connection delivery side with necessary packing, nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (Note: Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under)

Transporting defective submersible pump set to cap 1-7.5 HP work shop after the disconnecting from pump set , dismantling of motor and removing unserviceable parts and reassembling the motor after replacement of defective parts to its original form motor and bringing back to site and testing for satisfactory running complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following capacities. Note : The replacement of parts will be measured and paid separately.

M&L Cleaning of sewage sump & taking out mud/sludge, floating plastic/sludge etc from the sewage sump for the smooth functioning of the sewage pumping set. Note :-(i) Removing/cleaning of sludge/mud from sewage well/sump up to 1.5 mtr (ii)All necessary tools required for cleaning such as ladder, bucket, hook rope etc to be included in the rate. (iii) Sludge/mud of sewage well taken out from shall be disposed off from premises of Inf line using tractor etc.
