f. One kanat/Cloth Gate as per decided by Mela Authority to close the stall from front side during the night time.
g. Front fascia with the name of participant.
h. One Water jug/water container each stall (against refundable security deposit).

15 Fire safety measures - The Event Manager shall be fully responsible for ensuring all fire safety measures required to be undertaken for the event. He shall also ensure all fire safety measures throughout the Fair period. 16 Photography & Videography - The event manager shall provide facility of professional photographer and videographer for covering all important functions, stalls, infrastructure, media publicity materials, cultural events, VIP visits, etc. At least 100 photographs prints along with images in pen drive copies having video documentation of each stall showing full view of each participant artisan, products displayed & infrastructure provided in the stall, Pen drive master Copy having video documentation of all important events of the mela and 3 DVD copies having original and edited version of all important events of the mela, shall be delivered by the event manager to RGAVP. item16 Nos Excess(+) Full Conversion INR

19 • Four 20X10 Printed Flex Hoardings at various site of District headquarter karauli will be fixed by event manager. all these material would be provided to the Event Manager by RGAVP. • Flex affix at iron frame of Front fascia with the name of participant shall be fix at stall front as required. • One big size back Drop at stage should be fixed as provided by DPMU. • The Event agency shall also arrange to install 10 Flex affix at iron frame/standee (6*3 Size) in the fairground displaying RGAVP design and all these material would be provided to the Event Manager by RGAVP. • The Event agency shall also arrange to install minimum 5 Hoarding/Banner (Size10x8) about Side mela Ground Wall Displaying RGAVP design and All Stall Facia also with material to be provided to the Event Manager by RGAVP item19 Nos Excess(+) Full Conversion INR
