Door to Door Collection of Garbage/Non Industrial Waste and Cleaning of ROW at Industrial Area Sangaria Phase-I and II, Jodhpur.

Collection of domestic waste garbage non industrial solid waste generated from allottees of Industrial Area Sangaria Ph.-1st & 2nd spread on about 106.41 acres and having road length of about 5.00 kms in 14.38 Hect ROW Area on daily basis from door to door of allottees by suitable commercial vehicle with hopper arrangement.The work shall also include the regular cleaning and upkeeping of area out side the plots by way of engaging man power machineries tools and plants excluding the drains but including the jungle clearance and disposal of solid waste lying in between the plot boundary and drain on daily basis.The waste so collected will be transported and disposed of in proper manner by the agency at its own level and cost to the designated place of local bodies or as per directions of engineer in charge The contractor will be bound to follow the Rules and Regulations Orders of NGT and RSPCB etc as applicable from time to time. The contractor shall engage minimum 1 Nos tractor trolley mounted with GPS (so that the contractor should submit the track record at the time of billing & monitaring can be done by Engineer In-Charge) with driver and 2 Nos labour per day as per Terms and conditions enclosed.

Labour charges for cleaning the full right of way ROW of road length of about 5.0 kms in 14.38 Hect. ROW Area on daily basis excluding drain at Ind. Area Sangaria Ph. 1st & 2nd. The scope of work consists of Leveling dressing of berm portion including jungle clearance removal of rubbish etc between carpet edge and drain the area between drain and boundary of plots i.e. upto full width of ROW in required camber and grade so as to drain off the water from road portion to drain inlets easily on daily basis. The removal of overburden shall be done mechanically manually as per site condition to the full satisfaction of engineer in charge including all cost of T and P with all consumables on daily basis. The contractor will be bound to follow the Rules and Regul ations Orders of NGT RSPCB etc as applicable from time to time. The contractor shall engage minimum 1 Nos tractor trolley mounted with GPS (so that the contractor should submit the track record at the time of billing & monitaring can be done by Engineer In-Charge) with driver twice in a week and 4 Nos labour per day as per Terms and conditions enclosed. Cleaning of paved shoulder footpath wherever provided including removal of grass any other foreign matter and cleaning of chutes.Transportation of excavated scrapped material Garbage rubbish from the site outside the industrial area.Cleaning of carpet area in all respect including removal of dust foreign material i.e loose deposited jungle clearance, garbage litter polythene bags etc. manually or mechanically as per site conditions .Removing all the hoardings banners posters etc on regular basis. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to restrict the entrepreneurs not to dump the waste material on road ROW falling on the roads given in G Schedule and name of plant factory is to be reported to engineer in charge so as to take action against the defaulter entrepreneurs as per RIICO rules. If any type of the excavated broomed scraped material or any other foreign material is seen lying on the road included in the work order for more than Three days, then after Three days a penalty as per Terms and Conditions shall be deducted from the bill. It shall be sole responsibility of the contractor to remove the dead animal Skeleton from the road portion included in work order on same day so as avoid any type of infection from the area concerned. The contractor shall maintain a register to get the feedback regarding cleanliness done on respective road and respective entrepreneurs established on that particular roads and same is to be got countersigned from the engineer in charge at regular intervals as mutually decided. The above said work is to be carried on the roads as per enclosed Annexure A.
