Supply, fixing, transporting, erecting and fixing steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP- 55 (11 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug MS bolts, and washers including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer to external surfaces of steel tubular pole and two coats of anti corrosive bituminous paint internally and externally upto planting depth of pole and providing 3 bands/ straps with paint red post office colour and 2 bands with black synthetic enamel paint 300mm from plinth block and marking pole No. with black synthetic enamel paint and feeder location of Pole including dismantling of existing damaged steel pole/struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work Fe-410-S grade in cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts bolts and washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including dismantling cross arms of mild steel channel or angle section etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 20mm dia, section of GI straps in 38x5mm, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts insulators suitable for working pressure in 11000 volts of height 150mm and max dia 150mm along with galvanised steel fittings section of straps in 38x5mm and dis of bolts 20mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in repair of disc type insulator porcelain vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type white brown or green single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for stringing, drawing of GI wire 4 mm dia on HT electric lines including binding, jointing and for guarding cradle made to shape hexagonal/rectangular or any shape fabricated etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letter figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25x20cm size etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for lightening arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo amp, HT 11000 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Note;-(Excavation, earthwork send cushioning and cable protection shall be measured and paid for separately.)

Supply, laying, connecting, testing and commissioning of 95 Sqmm 3 core earthed system under ground HT XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 Volts laid in trenches, fixed to walls/ drawn through pipe with suitable size glands, crimping type lugs and incl the disturbance surface of road making good with using PCC etc all as specified including dismantling of old u/s cable. Note;-(Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning and cable protection shall be measured and paid separately.)

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (Superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of size 2m x 1 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized sheet earth plate electrodes 60x60x6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2. 25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts , check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI wire from earth electrode to and incl the earth test point of galvanized Iron/steel of size 75x75x 25mm, supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh,20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering and connected to earth test point including brazing at all joints except at test point and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry clean sand filling in trenches below and around under ground cable cushioning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushioning shall be measured after punning.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair to burnt transformer upto capacity 630 KVA indoor/outdoor type 11 KV / 440 volts removing HT & LT cable connection from transformer and taking into the workshop with the help of man power, crane, truck, TPT etc opening the top cover lifting the core removing sludge with oil pressure pump, repair of burnt/damage winding of suitable size incl core limb, insulating material, applying two coats of insulation paper/varnish etc and put in the oven for 24 hrs and cleaning the tank sludge etc. After completion of the job, transformer tests to be carried out that is no load test short circuit test and oil colour test to be done at factory in the presence of Engineer -in-charge. Any damages of bushes and studs to be replaced. Shifting the transformer from wksp to sub station etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Spare parts measured and paid separately. (ii) Standby transformer suitable KVA should be provided by contractor at the site for uninterrupted supply and the cost/rent of standby deemed to be including in repairing cost and no extra payment shall be made on this account.

Supply and fixing HT busing 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LT busing 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing HT brass studs 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LT brass studs 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing new breathers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and commissioning of copper winding wire of transformer complete removing job / core inside of body and refixing same after rewinding of burnt winding complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil of distribution transformer 11/0.415 KV any capacity indoor/outdoor type and VL switches with dehydration machine including checking of electric strength of transformer oil before and after dehydration all as directed and topping up with transformer oil. Decanned transformer oil to the extent available shall be used for topping up for which rate under this item shall only be admissible. French oil shall be only of decanned oil is not sufficient and shall be paid. No additional rate for transporting of from MES store to site shall be admissible.

Supply and fill oil top up oil of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Preventive maintenance of transformer indoor/outdoor type 11 KV / 440 volts removing HT/LT cable connection from transformer and taking into the workshop with the help of man power, crane, truck, TPT etc opening the top cover lifting the core removing sludge with oil pressure pump and put into the oven for 49 hrs after completion of heating, applying two coats of varnish again put in the oven for 24 hrs and cleaning the tank sludge etc. Before putting into the tank pressure test to be done for tank. After completion of the job, transformer tests to be carried out that is no load test short circuit test and oil colour test to be done at factory. Test to be carried out in the presence of Engineer-in-charge. Two coats painting to be done. Any damages of bushes and studs to be replaced. Shifting the transformer from wksp to substation etc all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Spare parts measured and paid separately. (ii) Standby transformer suitable KVA should be provided by contractor at the site for uninterrupted supply. S&F in repair voltmeter 500 volts squire type 96 mm including connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair LED type indicating lamps with holder as per existing at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of CT's ratio 50/25/5 and any size/capacity as required on site, suitable for VCB under repair with number of poles including wiring upto indicator display board etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scraping down the existing deteriorated old aluminium paint by iron brushing and painting of four pole structure with one coat of (metal primer) and two coat of aluminium paint over exposed portion including cross arms, angles, nuts bolts clamps & junction box of above PCC coping and painting to steel tubular HT poles with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint upto 1.5 m height above from ground level/plinth block (in yellow and black strips of 30 cm wide each) complete all as required on site and directed.

M&L for scraping down the existing deteriorated old aluminium paint by iron brushing and painting of two pole structure with one coat of (metal primer) and two coat of aluminium paint over exposed portion including cross arms, angles, nuts bolts clamps & junction box of above PCC coping and painting to steel tubular HT poles with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint upto 1.5 m height above from ground level/plinth block (in yellow and black strips of 30 cm wide each) complete all as required on site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of Gang operated air break switch 11 KV , 200 Amps, each pole consisting of galvanised steel base HT insulator as per BSS/ ISS non- ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arching arms of adequate section to break magnetizing current " TILTING TYPE" complete with squre shaft of GI, adequate length for phase separation, operating handle complete set conforming to IS : 1818 with suitable clamp, nuts, bolts complete for fixing on the existing channel, making all electric connections/ Jumpers with bottle lugs commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for old painted steel and iron surfaces and painting to steel tubular HT poles with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint upto 1.5 m height above from ground level/plinth block (in yellow and black strips of 30 cm wide each) and applying two coats of aluminium paint above 1.5 m height of poles including painting on cross arms, bracing, clamps etc and writing pole Nos with thick black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for HT under ground cable Fault locating instrument suitable to locate and pin point fault in HT cables upto 11 KV and make the cable in operation condition including provision of jointing material which is required on site except cable joint kit, excavation in trenches upto depth of cable, returning filling and removing the extra material on site after completion of work complete all as specified and direction by Engr-in-Charge.

Tightening/restringing existing loose/broken conductor ACSR/copper any type of size and GI wire including strengthening of HT over head lines including binding with suitable binding wire and jointing jumbers as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of silica-gel (dehydrating agent) in position on transformers installed at various location at Haldwani complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming of trees all as along the HT line in such away that there is clear distance of 3.00 mtr between tree and electric line incl stringing stretching and strengthening of over head loose conductor (ACSR) on existing HT steel tubular pole or RS joist HT electric pole including binding and jointing the conductor with and including 14 SWG winding wire etc. The work will be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge irrespective of the size of the tree branches etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (1). Tree branches will be left as it is the wood belong to cantt board/DO. They will be responsible for the wood. (2) Contractor will be employ sufficient labour to complete the full one job with in above 15 days (3). Contractor will be responsible for any type of accident while trimming the trees. (4) Contractor supervisor will take proper sit down for MES installation before starting the work and clear it before resuming power supply, however full assistant will be provided by MES staff.

M&L in replacement of Epoxy insulators in VCB 630Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of old rusted iron parts in Angle iron and Barbed fencing sorrounded by outdoor transformer/four pole structure and paint with one coat of (metal primer) and two coat of aluminium paint over exposed portion including replacing old danger board located at (a) Sub station A, (b) R & O Tech area, (c) R & O MT area, (d) R & O Four pole structure, (e) Signal NFS complete all as required on site, specified and directed & by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of switch Air break, Gang operated with 12 insulator switch triple pole mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating 400 Amps operating voltage 11 KV out door type vertical mounted type complete with locking arrangement , assembly with fuse mount carrier and fuse element of required capacity and isolate suitable for 11 KV including necessary electric connection and 11 KV fuse (drop out type) of capacity 10 Amp complete with DO fuses assembly operating Rod of 25 mm dia bore grade GI Pipe of suitable length worked out from ground level and handle complete with lock and two nos keys incl flat iron clamp 50 mm x 6 mm MS Channel of suitable size & length for fixing GOD incl nut, bolt, washers including taking down existing set all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for providing PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in base of pole of size 1200mm X 600mm X 200mm all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation (1200mm x 600mm x 1800 mm( (sub base as mass concrete) for concrete encasing the pole up to GL or struts, stay etc or other necessary form work all as directed and specified.

M & L for providing PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 for coping (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for plinth block/Collar above GL, 300 mm high and 450 mm x 450 mm square or as directed by Engr-in-Carge.
