Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m inwidth or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. a) All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : a) 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and Laying CC Hollow Block walling 100 mm thick consisting of hollow block of sizes 400 X 100 X 200 mm of mix 1:3:6 (1Cement : 3Coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregates of 10 mm nominal size) laid in cement mortal 1:6 (1cement : 6 fine sand) upto floor five level.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. a) Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : a) Gutter .(600 mm over all girth)

12 mm cement plaster: a) 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supplying and Fixing of UV Treated 200 GSM 8 Layer Poly film over the Structure including all labour charges etc.

Supply and fixing of insect proof net 40 mm mess for covering outer side of poly house.

Supply and fixing of Aluminium Chanel with spring all Labour Charges ect complete for tightening the Shade net.

Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : a) Two or more coats on new work

Supply and fitting of 11/2" jain ISIS kg/Cm2 PVC Pipe

Supply of 16 mm Lateral Pipe jain for fogger system

Supply and installation of fogger assy

Supply and installation of Sprinkler assy

Supply and installation of 2000 ltrs water tank
