Item.no.1 Operation, maintenance & repairs of all Pumping machineries in Dombivali (East) division by engaging the required skilled/unskilled manpower specified in detailed specification for carrying out following day to day work required for operating, maintaining & repairing the electrical and mechanical equipments as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge, including appointing staff like Engineers, Supervisors, Electricians, operators & helpers with material required for maintenance and repairs of machineries like pumps, motors, starters,panel, substations, valves, Chain Pulley blocks and all allied equipments etc. for the period of 24 months..The scope of work excludes major repairs works due to natural calamities, bursting of Transformers, replacement of Pump/ Motor / Starter , Transformers, Metering Cubical, Off Load Isolator, Column pipes,Pump Foundations etc.Complete as Directed by Engineer –in- Charge. The Work also contains operating of electric feeder(Both Feeder) at all Pumping Stations. The Agency will have to maintain and operate all additional machineries and equipments installed in the period of contract at all Pumping stations. This is a comprehensive job, which includes running all pump 24 Hours daily so as to supply pure water uninterruptedly as directed by Engineer – in - charge.

Item no.2 Filtration of transformer oil including replacement of oil, damaged parts in substation and four pole structure up to M.S.E.D.C.L. tapping. Taking all tests required for Annual electrical inspection with keeping all records of skill/Unskilled labors as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc complete.

Item no.3 Work of painting to substation including four pole structure, transformer, fencing, pump, motor,sole plates, supporting girders, column pipes, M.S. pipe line up to pumping header, crane, shutter, entrance gate, Valves etc. by removing the old paint by scrapping & applying one coat of red oxide and two coats of oil paint/ silver paint/Epoxy paint as per requirement of approved quality & company as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Item no.8 Supplying & laying (including excavation) reinforced cement concrete pipe of IS 458:2003 NP-2 class of 150 mm internal diameter in proper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 and curing etc. Complete.

Item no.9 11kV/22kV/33kV Cable fault detection for HT power underground cable from 35 sq. mm. to 400 sq. mm. by acoustic method by using surge wave tester & surge wave receiver (Duo phone) up to 250 meter length cable with recording results & submission of test reports.

Item no. 10 Supplying, erecting, testing and commissioning 22KV HT metering cubical (compact type) approved by MSEDCL / licensee fabricated with 2 mm (14 SWG) M.S. sheets with supporting angle, painted with powder coating / epoxy paint of required shade, copper bus bar size 25 x 6 mm, heavy duty mechanical lock, with counter meter for measuring no. of times the opening of meter door, top side cover (CT, PT cover) interlock with meter door, epoxy casted 3 nos. CT having required ratio between 5/5A to 25/5A, VA 10 or 15, Class 0.5S, epoxy casted 3 nos. PT having ratio 22000/V3/110/V3 VA 50, Class 0.5 suitable for provided trivector meter, and provision for incoming and outgoing cables complete duly tested by licensee with necessary test certificates and erected on provided plinth/ cc foundation.

Item no.11 Providing and erecting Resin Cast Indoor single phase double core CT of required ratio and VA burden for metering and protection purpose. Resign Cast Indoor Single Phase, Double C.T. for 22 /33 kV 15 VA Class 1/10-P-10 E.

Item no.12 Providing and erecting Resin Cast Indoor single phase Single core PT of required ratio and VA burden for metering purpose. Indoor Type Single Core PT of 100 VA capacity (22 kV / √3) / (110 Volt / √ 3).

Item no.13 Supplying and erecting 22 kV outdoor type gang operated air break, triple pole switch 200 A capacity with 3 post pin type insulator per phase, mounted in horizontal or vertical position with necessary channels on provided cross arm with adequate length of "C" class G.l. pipe for operating handle erected on extended square shaft. The operating handle provided with lock and key at suitable height from ground level with necessary clamp.

Item no.14 Supplying and erecting, 22 kV outdoor type drop out fuse with insulator complete with fuse holders, fuse barrel with metal fitting, fuse element mounted on M.S. channel with working current of 15A capacity complete erected on provided cross arm.

Item no.15 Dismantling the existing distribution transformer of any capacity from the plinth / foundation safely without any damages.

Item no.16 Supplying and erecting porcelain post type insulator with nut bolts suitable for 22kV line, complete as per specification no. OH-INS/PST.

Item no.17 Supplying and erecting porcelain pin type insulator suitable for 22 kV line with GI pin, complete as per specification no. OH-INS/PN.

Item no.18 Repair of 315 KVA /22 KV/ 433 V Distribution Transformer including Rewinding of H.V & L.V Winding, Replacement of Damaged Bushing Insulation Material, Providing New Transformer oil. Painting inside and outside, Replacement of Top Cover Conservative Tank body Gasket and Packing, transportation from to and for, charges for loading & unloading crane charges, other all charges for complete job etc complete.

Item no.19 Repair of 200 KVA /22 KV/ 433 V Distribution Transformer including Rewinding of H.V & L.V Winding, Replacement of Damaged Bushing Insulation Material, Providing New Transformer oil. Painting inside and outside, Replacement of Top Cover Conservative Tank body Gasket and Packing, transportation, charges for loading & unloading crane charges, other all charges for complete job etc complete.

Item no.20 Erection of 315/200 KVA Transformer on plinth including cost of Machinery labour and fuel cost..

Item no.21 Dismantling Existing 22KV HT metering cubical (compact type) from Meter Room including cost of Machinery labour and fuel cost.
