Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of grith upto 30 cm. measured at a height of 1 metre above ground and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 20 metres outside the periphery of the area cleared: Upto 30 cm Girth:

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in-charge.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In cement mortar.

Carriage of extra excavated earth from site of work to dumping site with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work upto all depth in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work, blasting work, chiselling of soft / hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts and including trimming of sides levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil in 15 cm. layers when required into plinth sides of foundation including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing oof all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring/strutting timbering and dewatering where ever required to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand): 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size.

Random rubble masonry / polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/ brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement :6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate , 20mm nominal size ) in cement mortar 1:6( 1cement:6 sand) in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to 1.5. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement. 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm.

Constructing course rubble hammer dessed "U" shape open surface drain with side wall 15x22 cm in cement mortor 1:6 (1cement: 6 sand) and inside plastering with cement plaster 1:3 (1cement 3 sand) including earth work and laayng 10 cm cement concrete in 1.5.10 (1 cement 5 sand 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nonminal size) and 7.5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1) cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design.

Providing and Laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters. columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window ills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and Fixing high pressure PVC spigot and socket, waste and ventilating pipes ISI marked including fixing with approved adhesive etc. complete 110 mm dia (One Hundred Ten Millimetre) with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cobble stone 100 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Fixing stone lion mouth shape complete in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, Fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required: In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing polycarbonatd tranparent sheet 1.20mm thick in roofing with galvanised J or L hooks bolts and nuts with G.I. Limpe and bitumen rubber washer complete with all accessories as required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Writing letters or figures on any surface with black japan paint (stops, comas, hyphens and the like not to be measured and paid separately).
