The tenderer should have provided similar Data Entry Operator/Office Attendant services in State/ Central Government Departments/Organizations, Public Sector/KPTCL /ESCOMs of contract value not less than Rs.10.39 Lakhs evidencing the same, satisfactorily, to at least one reputed organization for a minimum period of One year during the last three financial years .The experience certificate issued by the competent officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent cadre officer, are to be uploaded.

The tenderer should be a reputed Manpower providing agency having valid registration certificate issued by Department of Labour/Directorate of Industries and Commerce, GOK for providing Data Entry Operator/Office Attendant services. Documentary proof in the form certificate of registration issued by GOK is to be uploaded.

The tenderer should be registered under GST Act, proof of which should be submitted along with the tender document and should submit proof of Permanent Account Number (PAN) assigned by the Income Tax Department.

The tenderer should have achieved in at least two financial years (in the last five years) an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 20.77 lakhs not less than the amount put to tender with UDIN to be uploaded. Documentary proof certified by a Charted Accountant is to be uploaded.
