Providing & fixing tiled false ceiling of Everest Designer tile Ivory painted (High Pressure Steam cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS : 14862) of size 595x595mm and any one of the design (Cascade or electra) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel section (Galvanised @120 grms, both side inclusive and black painted groove on all T webs) consisting of main T runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32mm made from 0.30mm thick sheet spaced at 1200mm c/c and cross 'T' of size 15x32mm made of 0.30mm sheet 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600mm and size 15x32 mm made of 0.30mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x22x0.40mm and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing RCC lintel with dash fasteners, GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with galvanised Butterfly level clips or 3mm dia GI wire spaced at 1200mm c/c along main 'T', bottom exposed width of 15mm, all 'T'' sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint and black painted groove at center of size 4mm depth and 4.5mm width, all complete at all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Anodised aluminium powder coated door/window shutters with frame, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the manholes covers (CI or RCC) any type of manholes rectangular/ circular and de-slugging /de-watering of septic tank and soakage well of any size and depth by mechanical pumping by plugging inlet as required (5000 ltr capacity)of out of MD land and making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr -In- Charge including carrying the effluent and re-instating the manholes cover to its original position complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The quoted rate includes for keeping the particular septic tank and soakage well undertaken once for de-slugging/de-watering functional for full contract period.

M&L for 65 mm thick reinforced precast cement concrete 1:1:2 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in man cover vibromatic slabs finish fair even and smooth without using extra cement ( Top surface will be chequred finish) including necessary form work including 2mm thick CR sheet with 2 coats of bitumen paint and two Nos PVC counter sunk handle 12mm dia to surface, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) CA No and Date will be engraved on slab.(ii) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

S & F mild steel TMT bar 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down existing roof treatment of felt etc any thickness or description including cleaning all up to roof slab including removing spoil form site and M&L for providing roof treatment as per the following steps :- i) Filling cracks of roof slab with approved chemical sealing compound and applying 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 over neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/Sqm over cleaned roof surface with use of approved water proofing compound. ii) Applying a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm followed by APP modified five layer polymeric membrane 3mm thick, minium weight 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm), laid as per the manufacturers instruction with side over lap of 75mm and end over lap of 100mm and finally finished with super silver shield @ 0.10 Ltr/Sqm. Note : The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through manufacturer or authorised applicator only.

M&L for water proofing treatment on roof slab including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust & providing water proofing treatment described as under:- (a) Surface preparation with Arda Polymer Pvt. Ltd and treating of construction joints, filling of honey combs with polymer modified mortar (Cement: Sand : smart care multipurpose polymer) (b) Cleaning the surface and applying elastomeric waterproofing liquid on the cleaned surface for bonding of elastomeric waterproofing liquid with the existing concrete surface. (c) Supplying, providing and applying two coat of waterproofing black rubberized elastomeric liquid membrane after dry two coat roof guard white high quality elastomeric waterproofing liquid membrane including all necessary surface preparation, coving using smart care multipurpose polymer, water pond test, etc. complete as per manufacture's specifications and application methodology. The same coating shall be applied in two coats achieving a total thickness of 1mm. The coating shall have dual combination of 250% elongation . Execution to be done with authorised applicator of the manufacturer and company back gurantee to be given by the contractor. Work will be executed in smart assurance system.

Taking out old damaged SGSW pipes from existing lines including necessary excavation in trenches and getting out in any type of soil, supply, laying and jointing of new SGSW pipe type 'A' 150mm dia in any length including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 and returning, filling in disposal of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge..

Taking down carefully copper/Aluminum point wiring (light, fan socket and power) complete including switches, ceiling rose lamp holder and regulator etc and removing from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm. (nominal area) FRLS, single core PVC insulated 1100 Volts, grade multi stranded copper conductor unsheathed in and including concealed PVC conduit medium duty 20 mm dia or higher and heavy grade conduit fittings and heavy duty accessories with suitable size of sunk type cast iron or pressed steel terminal box 1.6mm thick for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulator etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet as top cover, one green colour FRLS cable of same size as earth wire up to common earth and connected to earth dolly compete all as specified and directed by Eng.-in-charge of following. Note: The wiring to be done as per IE rule and maintain colour code accordingly.

M&L for returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing of excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness all complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only punned down sand thickness 18CM shall be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying old size bricks, laid flat ie length of brick shall be laid across the cable, common burnt clay building bricks sub class `B' designation 75 complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in trenches fixed to poles wall laid in floor GI steel tubing medium grade 50 mm bore with fitting GI clamps made out of 50 x6mm flat iron 02 Nos, bolt, nut & washers etc or wooden rubber bushing at the ends of complete all as specified and directed.
